In my opinion Dr.Neralla is the best Pulmonologist. He is the Dr I listen to because I know he has my best interest at hand. Since I started going back to PAR and seeing Dr.Neralla and he changed some of my meds I was on , added some new ones. when I do have episodes they have not been as bad and I have not ended up in the hospital. He does care about his patients and he does not give up I can not express that enough.

Total trust in Dr Neralla.
Dr Neralla has been on top of my lung issues for a few years now. He’s very thorough with explanations and observations. I feel that he saved my life when he noticed a small spot on my lung which turned out to be cancer. I have the highest trust in Dr. Neralla.

My husband went to an Urgent Care Center and then to an ER and was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis. To follow-up, he went to his PCP and was referred to Dr. Narella. After several office visits with Narella, his condition had not improved. There didn’t seem to be any urgency on his part to resolve my husband’s medical condition. Just days after his last (and final) appointment with Dr. Narella, we ended up back in an ER. The ER doctors were more in-tune with his condition and provided him with the proper care and effective medications that he needed.

I did not care for his personality. He seemed to think himself above everyone else around him and I do not think he treats his staff well. I would not recommend him.
