Dr. Gopinath screwed me
I started seeing Dr. Gopinath early in 2021, hoping to get some support with very severe Long Covid issues which had become primarily cognitive. She never seemed to believe what I was saying, she made assumptions about things that I forgot to mention, and she referred me to neuropsychologist Dr. Adele Haber at LifeStance Health, a for-profit mental health corporation, who had no experience with neuro-PASC nor any interest in reading or learning about it. Dr. Gopinath set me up to fail, and now I've lost my job, my healthcare, and soon my housing.

Absolutely incredible!
I can't believe I'm writing a review of a doctor. But Dr. Gopinath deserves all the praise. I had never had a doctor I truly trusted until I stumbled upon Dr. Gopinath. She takes the time to truly explain things, instead of just prescribing something and sending you on your way. She makes sure you understand your health to the fullest extent and is proactive in her decisions and involves you in your own care 100% of the time. She also takes the time to review your chart before you come in, and she answers messages and calls so fast. She has caught a few conditions that other doctors dismissed. She is absolutely lovely and I no longer dread going to physicals or follow ups. My entire view on healthcare has changed thanks to her, and my quality of life has drastically improved.

Honestly, Dr. Gopinath ruined my life. I was a 16ish year old kid and I asked about ADHD medication because my life was at a standstill like always, but i finally had the awareness to do research and ask for help. without doing any testing or referral and only asking me a couple of questions, she's 100% certain I don't have ADHD and I just have to try harder. Being told this by a doctor, I of course believed her and didn't question it again. 12 years later and I'm finally diagnosed and medicated and actually doing the things i set out to do in the morning. Years of my life wasted where I could barely manage one tiny task a week. So thanks for your unmitigated arrogance, Dr. Gopinath. I really appreciate it.

I’ve had Dr. Gopinath as my pcp for over three years, and I cannot say enough good things about her skills and professional demeanor. She takes the time to ask questions, she listens, and offers immediate sound medical advice on a wide variety of topics. She has even taken extra time to print out helpful literature on items discussed and follows up in future visits. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of an experience and highly skilled physician.

I have been a patient for 10 years. She took a little while to grow on me because she is very professional and somewhat serious. She has come to know me better and is more willing to share an occasional wry smile. She is kind and competent. She is excellent at diagnosing root cause problems and I'm amazed at how current she stays. I NEVER feel rushed out of her office or that she hasn't taken my concern seriously. She is easy to contact through the portal and always gives a helpful answer.

I've recommended Dr. Gopinath to a neighbor and my sister. She is the first GP I have ever had that listens to my concerns and tries to address them in a compassionate way.

Recently saw this doctor for a physical exam. Doctor came in 15 min. late and proceeded to ask me why I was there. I informed her to receive a physical exam. She told me she needed a full 30 min. to conduct a physical exam and that I was not signed up for one. She was argumentative on the reason why I was there. Ended up getting an intimate procedure done. She didn't say anything to me nor did she offer anything for me to clean up with. She then walked out and slammed the door. I left upset.
