I lover Dr. Samuldrala (Dr Sam) as a physician. He is wonderful, caring, knowlegable and I have known him for years and seen him in Brentwood as well as Smyrna, but as a professional and someone who also runs a business, I feel his office staff and billing folks need HELP!. I would have left 5 stars if this review was based on Dr. Sam. He is great, but his billing and office staff are the rudest folks and make no effort to resolve issues, and they never answer the phones when you call to try and reschedule tell them you are not coming , even 24 hours in advance or try a 2nd time same day still same thing. Tells you to email or call back later. You email they deny getting it saying "app has issue with email". Charged me a no show fee , when I was NOT a no show, and also have call records to provde I called them multiple times!. And I did not confirm the appt. either on my text yet still charged me. And my health insurance covers 100% of video calls and they charge me for his video chat

Dr. Sam has been my primary care provider in Brentwood Tennessee for over a decade. After I became complacent and unhealthy in my late 30’s, Dr. Sam worked very hard to help me get healthy again. He’s helped guide me to a healthy diet, exercise, stress reduction, focus and intermittent fasting. I’m feeling much better these days and able to perform at a higher level in everything that I do. Dr Steve Samudrala MD is a wonderful Doctor who really cares about his patients and his staff not just in his main location in Brentwood, TN, also in Smyrna and Spring Hill and greater Nashville. Dr. Sam is one of the rare PCPs that I respect and trust. I have seen him as my primary physician for several years. He truly practices what he preaches including living an active lifestyle and incorporating regular fasting into his everyday life. Great doctor, very personable and kind.

Overall very caring and you can tell Dr Sam really loves his patients and staff. He does go out of his way to care especially for helping patients and his community to be Happy and Healthy with their lifestyle choices:)
