Showed up 30 minutes late to our virtual visit. He prescribed me meds a few years back so I went back to check in with him and get a refill. When I told him how well I was doing he almost seemed disappointed. I explained to him that our visit was just to get a refill on my meds so he said he said he 'did not feel needed' and told me that no longer needed to see him. He didn't even refill my meds so now I am unable to get a refill that I desperate need. Completely unproffessional, unhelpful, and comes off like somewhat of an ego maniac. I am so glad I dont have to see him anymore

Excellent physician and counselor
Thorough and efficient. Counseling is as important as medication. Dr. Hansen is extremely skilled at both.

Dr. Hansen is wonderful
He is so sympathetic and very easy to talk to. I look forward to my appointments with him. I've certainly never felt that with any doctor. I really feel he genuinely cares for me as a person, not just a number.

Excellent doctor. Great attention to details
I have other medical complications and my previous psychiatrist never seemed concerned about drug counterindications. Dr. Hansen is really on top of things and checked each of my medications to make sure they won’t make my other conditions worse. He even suggested he meet with my other doctors! He gave me so much personal attention and time. He answered all my questions and offered helpful suggestions. I’m thrilled to have him for my doctor.

Rushed visits
Rushed visits. U may think he listens, but doesn't "hear" obviously as he tells u his "plan" for u, then changes it but makes u feel like YOU heard him wrong blaming patient when confronted with the truth. He ghosts you. Has apparently a need to control. Will never agree to a simple " oops, made a mistake, I'm sorry" NEVER. If uve never been to shrink, do NOT stRr with this one.

I think Dr. Spencer gets far too close to his patients during the last visit he asked my mom out on a date with him she turned him down and he keeps staring at her during visits. We have to go see him due to our insurance but he makes us so uncomfortable.
