Absolutely impeccable work, Dr. Thumma is above compassionate and empathetic. She actually called me to give me my results. Dr. Thumma made sure I had my draw, ultrasound, and biopsy in less than one month. The results were on the portal in one day. Her staff called me within two. The biopsy team were kind, attentive, and gentle. I had no considerable discomfort after the biopsy .Also, Dr. Thumma sent me two letters within a week. I feel tremendously blessed to have her. My results were benign, and she said that she will keep an eye on my thyroid. Thanks, Dr. Thumma!!!!

Prompt, professional, clear
I appreciate that I did not have to wait long once I arrived. Dr. Thumma explained my condition much more clearly than any other medical professional had done so in the prior 10-12 years since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. She took her time and made sure all my questions were answered. She was not too quick to put me on medication; I will be looking at lifestyle changes first. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Dr. Thumma.
