Dr Sosland has the expertise needed in both removal and installation of the most difficult type of pessary! I've had the experience of dealing with those still learning how! To avoid infection, a pessary needs to be cleaned every 3 months without fail. I appreciate Dr Sosland's wide range of knowledge as an Urology Surgeon and physician, especially her patience in continuing on cleaning pessaries! : )
