Absolute WORST Office
I would avoid this office at all costs. Poor communication and terrible service.

Staff main issue
I do believe he knows what he is doing and loves what he does. HOWEVER... his staff and some of his rules are completely deterring!! I am choosing to go to another provider due to his staff more than anything. Kinda sucks because I like him and pretty much trust him but the staff has screwed the pooch too many times! Not going back.. no way.. no how!

I feel so blessed to have Dr. Soraj Arora and his wonderful efficient staff caring for me through all my health issues. I am acknowledged as soon as I step through the door and they have a short , if any, waiting period before seeing Dr. I was in pretty bad shape when Dr. was assigned to me at Community Hospital. From that day foreword Doctor has helped me become healthier than I ever thought possible. My deepest gratitude for caring Doctor Arora & staff. Thank you for your time??

Dr. Arora helped me with understanding the COVID-19 risks and protocols. He explained the vaccine risks and benefits and differences between the different vaccines. He is easy to understand. He also saw me early in the day so I didn't have to wait unnecessary.

Used to be afraid of goin to the doctor and held it off for years. Once my blood pressure was out of control I was recommended to Dr. Arora. He got my BP and other issues under control fast. He explains everything in ways I can understand and recommends life style changes that help. I've lost 40 pounds my bloodwork is coming out alot better with limited medication and simple lifestyle changes would 100 percent reccomend.

Would give him less than 1 star if I could. Not a good Dr (if you can call him that). Not compassionate, lacks empathy, unsensitive. Tried to put my mother (who is elderly and has cancer) in hospice when she clearly was not at that point yet. Lied to her and said her oncologist, pulmonologist and family members recommended it and decided to start hospice, which we never ever talked about. Asked her why she would want to be resuscitated and should sign a DNR, but her other doctors assured her she was not at that point yet, there was still treatments left. Never speaks to family members ever. Terrible bedside manner, wakes patients up in hospital at 4-5AM to do rounds. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ever see this man or refer family and friends to see him.

My husband liked him while he was in the hospital so I got him as his family dr. Great impression, very informative, took his time with us on the initial visit but the receptionist at the front desk & who seems to be the only one who answers the phone is horrible & rude. You'd think that putting something as important as your practice in the hands of basically a guard dog at the front desk would question her ability to handle her job. She comes off as condescending & nosy cause you can't even get a call back from the medical assistant unless she knows what when where why & how of your personal issue. Being more empathetic & helpful goes a long way. She is not a people person, either retrain her or let her go cause she is hurting your livelihood. Loved the Dr & his medical assistant though.

Insensitive, self involved, egotistical. Will NOT speak to a patient alone. Staff is constantly rotating... likely students (with poor guidance).

Mr Arora’s review history speaks for its self. It’s very scary that a hospital would let him look after sick people. I wouldn’t trust him to watch my dog. If he is looking after you or a family member please watch everything close that he does. He has definitely chosen a profession that he is not passionate about. Please be careful if you’re under his care.

My husband had shoulder surgery, & developed pulmonary issues with low blood oxygen levels. The hospital assigned an internist Dr. Arora, to his case. I spent many nights in the hospital, & Dr. Arora made his rounds at 4:30 every morning! He would wake you up, listen to your chest, ask a few questions, & leave. Who in their right mind is able to comprehend what he said, or ask him any questions, at that hour? I asked Dr. Arora, why do you come so early? He said I have a busy day. The other Dr.'s treating my husband came in at a decent hour, & I'm sure they had equally busy schedules! Dr. Arora insisted sending my husband to an LTAC facility to wean him off oxygen, where he would stay indefinitely. Found out from another Dr. my husband had a hole in his heart (patent formane ovale) that was the true cause of the problem! Once the hole was patched, my husband was able to come home, without any need for oxygen. Clearly Dr. Arora was off base with his recommendations! Not happy at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone that genuinely cares about their loved ones. He doesn’t genuinely care about patients and it quickly comes across in his actions and interactions.

Dr Arora was professional and courteous to me and my family. He spent time to look at my past records (because I recently moved here from Illinois) and knew what he needed to order for me to help my illness. He also was very caring as he talked to my husband (who I always take with me to appointments) and answered his questions. I think that is important because my husband is always concerned about my health ailments. his office staff were helpful in giving us info on specialist referral
