Dr Hahns-Nava and her staff are marvelous! I was treated kindly, techs acted professionally. Everything went smoothly and timely! All questions were answered and explained. Scheduling for treatments was easy. All in all, it was a great visit!

Dr. Hahn is an excellent physician. I have reached my later years and I’ve never had surgery of any kind so was very apprehensive about even something is mundane as cataract surgery. She has been great each step of the way explaining, advising, suggesting. Ultimately listening to what I want. Just had my second eye surgery couple days ago. All went exactly as described. When I compared my experience to others I know who have had this surgery, I feel the practices Dr Hahn includes in her surgery experience are superior to what others have shared with me. Recommend her for excellent eye care.

Horrible customer service. She runs VERY late, and isn't apologetic. It is not uncommon for her to see patients 1.5-2 hours after their appointment time. Her excuse is 'I like to talk'. She doesn't respect your time and feels hers is more valuable than her patient's.

She is caring and does explain things thoroughly. Answers any questions you may have.

My experience was superb! Her vast of knowledge is admirable, however It's been 3 weeks since I saw her, and I am still waiting for her staff members to send the require authorization to my pharmacy, so I can get stared with the medication she prescribed. I have mixed feeling about my experience now, due to the frustration in getting my medication. Ughhhh!!!

I had an eye surgery performed by Dr Hahn last week. I was nervous about the procedure but in her hands it was quick and painless. I even managed not to need any painkiller after the anesthesia wore off (I have allergic reaction to it). I am on my journey to my recovery. I am very thankful to Dr Hahn.
