Dr. Fountis made me promises before I started her program and every one of them have played like she said! I am so thrilled to have found her and her amazing program!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sophia Fountis for several months now and have lost 30 pounds. This is the first food plan that has consistently and effectively in a healthy way been successful for me to lose weight. Dr Fountis has been simply amazing. I would highly recommend her. Her entire office staff is kind and supportive.

This diet is not just a diet, it’s a lifestyle, but a lifestyle that is the absolute right way to live and eat. Dr. Fountis changed my life and I couldn’t have done it with out her black and white rules to the program and being held accountable. I started April 6th at 160lbs and 36”. I finished July 26th at 110lbs and 29”. I lost 50lbs and 7 inches. I am maintaining right where I stopped. I feel so great, happy, relieved and most importantly healthy. I now know how to live my life, not over eating and realizing I don’t need all of the calories and garbage I had been eating for years.

This diet is very black and white. Two times during the last 20 years I went on the diet, lead by Dr. Fountis and her team, and both times I lost the weight exactly as I was told. Bottomline, you do the diet, you lose the weight. 40 pounds both times for me. THIS TIME I am following through for two years on the maintenance program with Dr. Fountis so I will keep this weight off. My husband kept asking "Why can't you have this or that?" - and I always told him, "Dr. Fountis said so." Dr. Fountis is so clear with what the diet is, and how it works, and what is important, that she has earned my trust - so much so I don't need to ask "why?" She says "no kale." I just don't eat kale. The diet is very very clear what you can and cannot do/have - and that is what worked best for me. So happy to be at my healthiest, no more back pains. My clothes fit. I will never go backwards. I am currently a patient of Dr. Fountis. I started the weight loss program in October of 2016. I lost 60 pounds in 4 months. It is the best diet that I have ever tried. Not only did I get the results that I wanted, but I felt better on the diet and it cut my appetite. I am off the diet for three weeks and then I will go back on the diet to lose the last 24 pounds. Dr. Fountis, Evie, and the rest of the staff have been very supportive! I highly recommend the diet!

Dr. Fountis is a true miracle. Follow her plan, and you WILL SUCCEED! I've been a patient for about 6 months and have lost almost 75 lbs, and dropped one blood pressure medication! Dr. Fountis, takes the time to explain things, intently listens to your questions and concerns....hit a road block, put a call in to the office & she will take the time to personally call you back. Because of Dr. Fountis' weight loss program, I am about 43lbs lighter, and no longer on blood pressure meds. I have found her to be a very direct but caring doctor whose program works IF you are willing to take personal responsibility for what goes in your mouth. Her staff, Evy and Bill couldn't be more helpful. I have never felt rushed and I ask lots of questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Fountis if you need to lose weight but don't bother if you aren't willing to commit to the program.

I had followed Dr. Fountis from her original office in Peoria, Az. (early 90's) to her present office. I found her to be the most caring, concerned Dr. I had ever had. She had wonderful bedside manner in hospital and I felt a sincere partnership with her in my medical care.
