Dr. Soo Pak, MD

Dr. Pak is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and can explain what the problem is so you can understand it. She is transparent, showing you the pictures of your results and explains what it means. I would recommend her to everyone.

Upon arriving the staff is not welcoming. The doctor does not give a thorough eye exam. Does not check vision for reading. When you say it’s blurry she says ok and completes the exam. Very disappointing eye exam. The doctor also uses some new technology and tell you that children have increased pressure just so they can charge the medical insurance company to have retinal testing done. Just awful. The selection of frames is a joke. Would never to there again.

this was my first visit to dr Pak, she is efficient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions in a way that I could understand them. I love that I didn't have to wait long once I arrived for my appointment. I also liked that she did it all drops to tests. I would recommend Dr Pak to others.

Great doctor who really cares!!!

Excellent doctor. However no bed side manner. Office clean. Little to no wait time. Customer service is lousy. Office staff always appear tense and curt. I also do not understand why they need a credit card on file if I am paying full amount in cash. After all these years I will no longer use this office.

The office seems to have the latest technology and the staff that use them seem to know their use. The office is clean and well appointed. Dr. Pak herself is not warm and fuzzy, no matter how long you have been her patient, but seems to be well versed in diseases of the eye.

Dr. Pak and her whole staff display a level of professionalism that is refreshing to “see”. The operation they have there is second to none. I am a visual artist and only trust my eyes to Dr. Pak!

Dr Pak has been treating my parents for quite some now. My mother is 73 and three years ago, Dr Pak performed a procedure which eliminated her need for glasses. My mother was dependent on glasses for over 20 years. So you can just imagine how life-changing it was. In addition, my father is 77. In 2019, he was having trouble reading the newspaper. Like most old-fashioned European men, he hates going to the doctor. I took him to see Dr Pak, and I’m glad we did. She saw something in his left eye and immediately sent him for an MRI. The MRI uncovered a brain tumor which was up against the optic nerve and the carotid artery. He immediately started treatment and a year later the tumor hasn’t changed and he’s doing great. The bottom line is, I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else .
