Dr Eapen is professional, knowledgeable, and the BEST endocrinologist in South Texas!!! She saved MY LIFE by continuing to care, support and monitor my health the last 4 years!! She’s kind and respectful; her staff is AMAZING too - they consistently show they care… So very grateful!!

My last 2 appointments were rushed I feel that she isn’t thorough and I couldn’t contact several times

I had been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic for decades. My A1C was never under control until I met Dr. Eapen. She diagnosed me as type 1 diabetic and my A1C has been better then it every was. She IA a wonderful Dr.

So far, I’ve had 95% good communication and service with Dr Eapen’s office. Though I do not personally see her a lot of times in my visits, her Nurse practitioner takes attentive care to my needs.

Dr Eapen and her staff were absolutely wonderful. They’re empathetic and efficient, which is hard to find nowadays. She spends time listening to what is going on instead of brushing you off. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Eapen for the last 2 and a half years and she and the staff are great. I have been a type 1 Diabetic for 53 years and have used a lot of Doctors, She and the staff hopefully will keep me alive for years to come,

I discussed, with Dr. Eapen, that I would be out of State for an extended period and would not be able to make my next appointment until a later than normal time period. Was told that there would be no problem getting prescriptions refilled until I got back and made an appointment. When I called, from out of State to refill prescriptions, I was told I had to come back to her office, to obtain refills. As this is impossible, I will be going without my medications for several months. Anything you get from Dr. Eapen needs to be in writing! She does not keep her word. When I get back home I will find a more truthful Doctor.

In my opinion, Dr. Eapen saved my life. I will be 70 next year and have been seeing Dr. Eapen for close to a year. She is the first endocrinologist that I have found that will try to seriously review your issues and medications and come up with a plan of attack. In my case, she realized that Metformin was not working, took me off of it and put me on Trulicity and it has been a truly amazing difference. I have my old energy back and feel like doing things again.....I highly recommend..

.i booked an appt a month ago..gave my last Dr information for them to fax over the records..thru never did .only had a referral .they NEVER got my records they also told me on the phone they were too OLD anyway.she would want to do it call over.. SO AFTER A MONTH I WAS REFUSED BECAUSE OF THEIR IMCOMPETENCE.they gave me an old address..couldnt give me directions to where they are..wrong directions. I called 7 times. I find them.CANCER TESTING IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH..THE THYROID CONTROLS EVERYTHING

Dr. Eapen is a great Endocrinologist, she spends the time to know her patients and has a great and professional demeanor. She a great doctor to have if you have an insulin pump, very knowledgeable of the newest technology as far as diabetes goes.

Wouldn't go any where else! Well to be honest I'm not a fan of Doctors, probably because when you plan a visit it's because you think or know something is not right. I've struggled for years to go see a doctor because of my fear but finding the Doctors office was a godsend. They make me feel like family. My Doctor makes me feel as if I am her #1 priority no matter what is going on. All I can say is Thank You Dr. Sonia Eapen and the rest of the staff at the office! ??

AMAZING DOC AND STAFF!!

Dr. Eapen is very friendly and professional. I set up an appointment to meet with her in regards to my thyroid and a lump on my neck. Dr. Eapen was very thorough in the questions she asked and took time to listen to the information and concerns I had. Blood work was done in her office and she scheduled me for a biopsy with a physician in her building. She personally called me to inform me of the results. I was very pleased with the care given by Dr. Eapen.

I like the location. The office is next to the lab. This is convenient. Dr. Eapen is friendly and easy to talk with; she is very knowledgeable and asks and answered my questions. Good explanation of my medical condition. I understand my condition and treatment better after visits.

Dr. Eapen is definitely one of the best doctors I have seen for my Type 1 Diabetes. I felt very comfortable with her and felt she really listened to my concerns. She is extremely friendly and I will definitely recommend her to anyone I can.

Met Dr. Eapen for the first time today she seems to be very sharp and she listen with genuine care and concern. Her staff is very friendly and efficient and they perform in office blood test , example A1C, Glucose and several more. I was impressed! She also makes good common decisions base on the information that you give her and she does not do any unnecessary testing!

Dr Eapen is very good but the office is closed on Friday's which is only except the main office answers their calls and they are the rude and non-caring. I would stay with Dr. Eapen but the customer service when the office is closed is awful. I have never been more insulted as I was when is spoke to the other office.
