I have been suffering from pain for more than six years and went to many doctors and specialists with little relief. I feel so fortunate to have met Dr. Bahlani last year and finally embarked upon the journey to recovery thanks to her top-notch care! Dr. Bahlani is truly a gem in the medical world. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and most important of all, she truly cares about her patients and is dedicated to finding relief for them. She spends a lot of time to explain the diagnosis and the options for treatments and her bedside manner is very reassuring and caring. She also has a great office team which is very caring and professional, very quick to answer my questions and willing to go extra miles to help me. My conditions have improved a lot since I started to see Dr. Bahlani, and I am now in a much better place that I would not think possible before. If you are in pain, do not hesitate to consult her. It is absolutely worth it!

Dr. Bahlani is extremely knowledgeable on Pelvic Pain and has helped me so much in the short period I’ve been seeing her. Her bedside manner is unmatched from any other doctor I’ve seen. She really wants to help you and her passion and care for her patients is really evident. I highly recommend seeing her if you are struggling with any pelvic pain related issues!

Due to a combination of a passion for bicycling and a poorly fitted bike seat, I started to develop excruciating pain that was misdiagnosed as a UTI for years. Finally, about three years ago, after repeated negative urinalysis tests, it was determined that I had biker's syndrome - pudendal neuralgia. Three years of physical therapy did not help and, if anything, exacerbated the pain. Several months of oral pregabalin had no effect. In 2023 I started a series of nerve blocks that gave some decrease in pain. Finally, in April 2024 I discovered Dr. Bahlani. One session of injections resulted in gradual improvements until, finally in June 2024, I am virtually pain free and biking, which two years before I never thought I would do again. You will find few men who had more severe pain and were more skeptical than me after so many years of failed or moderately effective treatments. Dr. Bahlani delivered the goods. If you have male biker's syndrome, find the money and go for it.

Dr. Bahlani is an amazing doctor and compassionate human being. She reviewed my extensive case including years of treatments and surgeries. She has a warm energy and is very understanding of the challenges women face with this condition. She will help you devise a treatment plan for recovery and support you through the process. Dr. Bahlani is knowledgeable about the latest and most successful treatments available. I am confident I will make a full recovery under her care.

I cannot recommend Dr. Bahlani more highly! I came to Dr. Bahlani after years of pain and unanswered questions. She listened to me, was able to diagnose me, and set an individualized treatment plan that I was comfortable with and that actually worked! I had been suffering for several months with chronic pelvic pain that basically stopped my life in its tracks. I was unable to do all the activities I enjoyed as well as regular household tasks. I had been written off by several other doctors who said there was nothing they could do to help me. I feared that my life had been changed forever. Dr. Bahlani completely changed my life. Finding a doctor who is not only the best in her field but also incredibly empathetic made me feel safe and cared for on this journey that is as emotional as it is physical. I recently sought medical treatment from Dr. Bahlani, and unfortunately, my experience has been FAR from satisfactory. While the clinic's ambiance and staff were welcoming, the same cannot be said about the effectiveness of the treatments provided.One of the most glaring issues is the exorbitant costs associated with the services. Dr. Bahlani's fees are significantly higher than the average in the area, creating an immediate financial strain for patients. ($1,700 for a 45 minute consultation with a $400 deposit)To make it worse, the treatment plans offered are not only expensive but also ineffective. During my visits, I noticed a concerning pattern. Dr. Bahlani seemed to provide the same course of treatment for every patient, regardless of the symptoms or history. This one-size-fits-all approach not only lacks personalization but also fails to address the specific issues each patient is facing.I've spent more than $5,000 in 4 appts with her with no relief of my symptoms.

I’ve been struggling with chronic pelvic pain now for a couple years and it’s been a long journey of seeking medical care to address the symptoms. Dr. Bahlani is wonderful, very professional and extremely aware of women’s issues are. She is very caring and empathetic. She is one of very few doctors I contacted that understood what I was going through and had experience treating. I have tried for six plus years trying to find a doctor that had experience with my health issue. I believe she was my doctor of ‘last resort’ as other doctors really had little if any experience with what I was going through. While all of my symptoms and issues are not magically gone, I have seen improvement and hopefully will continue to improve over time. Her staff is also very caring and responsive.

Dr.Bahlani is a brilliant doctor. After having a lot of anxiety not knowing if my situation was going to be permanent l found Dr.Bahlani who not only understood perfectly what l was going through but also validate it and gave me tools that actually worked. She didn’t rush anything making me feel supported along the way. She has the super power of answering your questions before you ask them, just on the first visit l knew l was on the right hands. She’s very kind, amazing listener and is spot on on medication. Her positive energy is something that you feel as soon as she starts explaining everything with detail, she’s the best!

My experience with Dr. Bahlani was amazing. After giving birth, I was experiencing pelvic pain long after I was cleared to resume normal activities. I didn't feel heard by any of my doctors at the time, so it wasn't until I started pelvic floor physical therapy that I was told my symptoms were not made up and I needed to see a specialist. I have suffered from severe pelvic pain for four years. I have seen multiple doctors (urologists, gynecologists, urogynecologists, pain specialists,and even an acupuncturist). I have taken a variety of medications and tried many treatments. NOTHING worked. That all changed when I started to see Dr. Bahlani. It has only been 5 months, but I am thrilled to say that I am now mostly pain-free. Dr. Bahlani has absolutely changed my life and given me concrete hope that I am not doomed to suffer forever. She is caring, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable about this very complex condition. The followup from her and her staff is also incredible. Dr. Bahlani and her team are simply amazing! I travel from out of state and am so grateful for all the care I receive. I have struggled with urinary issues and constipation for two decades, and no one doctor has been able to help. After I gave birth I had massive urinary retention. I was hopeless about my situation for months and in terrible pelvic pain, I had so many tests done and went to the ER several times. It was not until I have been under Dr. B’s care that I have begun to have hope as I see my health improve. I now exercise and travel! Most importantly I’m excited about life again, this would never have been possible without her care. She is the most empathetic and skilled doctor I have ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot..). Dr. Bahlani has transformed my life. She is one of the top doctors in her field and well known in the New York community. She has a very holistic approach and proceeds with as little intervention as needed. However, when she does use medical intervention, she is EXCEPTIONAL. She is one of the most skilled doctors I've ever met, and communicative in terms of taking a holistic approach and understanding how physical therapy, creams, and gastroenterology for instance play a role in someone's symptoms. In addition - while she is exceptional in her field, she will be honest if an issue falls outside of her wheelhouse. Not many doctors have the humility she has to say when something is out of her scope, and that is at the core of what makes her an impressive doctor. She's helped me so incredibly much and will exhaust every resource she has to make sure her patients are taken care of. I still see her and have improved tremendously already.
