Dr. Sonia Alvarez is an exceptional breast reconstructive plastic surgeon. After my mastectomy, she skillfully achieved her goal of restoring my breast to a natural look and feel. She takes the time to explain every detail of the process, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her warm, welcoming personality instantly makes you feel like family, and her office staff is just as excellent—supportive, professional, and kind.

I served in the military and have seen a lot of doctors on both sides. I have NEVER seen a doctor who is so attentive to her patient's needs. I was so impressed with how much she cares about her work, her patients and her nurses who work alone side her. She is a perfectionist and does not except anything half done. She is patient and understanding. She went over & beyond to make sure EVERYTHING went well with my procedure. Even after the office was closed after hours, she made sure I was taken care of. She would step in and do even the job of the nurses if necessary. I wish all doctors cared as much as she does. I would recommend her 100x100%. She is the BEST!!!!!

Dr Alverez and her staff have taken exceptional care of me throughout my Breast Cancer "journey". I had a double mastectomy and have just finished my last minor reconstructive surgery and I couldn't have asked for a more caring, or more skilled surgeon in Dr Alverez. Truly world class!

I saw Dr Alvarez for the first time this past week. I was very impressed by her during our initial consultation and even more so, during & after my surgery. If I ever need additional surgery, she will be the only DR I will use.

I have been seeing her on and off for three years and believe me I wasnt the easiest case, I had some major problems. But not once did she give up on me . She is the most loving and caring doctor I have ever met. She makes sure you are taken care of to the fullest of her ability. Even when she wasn't on call and I was in hospital she came to check on me. She is truely a blessing to have her as doctor. i honestly believe she is one of Gods Angels put here to change people's lives.
