Very disappointing office staff. They are not helpful and their friendliness is at an all time low in my opinion. I've called many times and can't get a live person. They claim they are busy with patients but 3 times I've been there and I am the only patient in the office. I had terrible problems with a prescription that I couldn't get resolved and her assistant only made excuses. I just called to cancel my last appointment and Falida asked if she could reschedule , I simply said no and she hung up on me. Dr. Judd is good but it is not worth dealing with her front office staff.

Dr Judd is a great doctor, she cares about my health and about my personal issues. I have been seeing Dr. Judd for years and I have nothing but positive comments about her. The office staff is nice especially Sandra and the receptionist Felita (sorry if i spelled that incorrect). I will and i have recommended Dr. Judd to my friends and family.

My mother in law has been a patient for a little over a year or two. this office is incompetent. Has uneducated people running the office.RUDE DOTOR AND RUDE OFFICE STAFF... LIES ABOUT PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS AND HANGS UP ON HER PATIENTS IF YOU DLNT MIND WAITING OVER A MONTBH FOR A SIMPLE REFERRAL OR AUTHORIZATION THEN YOU MIGHT LIKE HER.. BUT SHE ISNT WORTH ANYTHING I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST.

Although the ARNP and back staff are very nice the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They get even more rude when you simply ask them to do their job. I would have given this practice 5 stars if not for the front office staff

Arrived on time waited less than 5 minutes. Staff was efficient and very nice. Dr. Judd took time to review my blood work in depth. Answered all my questions clearly in layman's terms. Very nice and respectful.

The worst place I ever been to. I went in to see if they can only check my blood pressure because my Dentist wanted to know. They told me that I will have to wait 15 and then I ask them if I had to pay just to get my blood pressure check the Dr. herself was so rude never. I will never recommend anyone there. Some of the stuff was rude as well. Over a blood pressure. The doctor went off on me as well
