Dr. Lilly was very professional and did an amazing job at fixing my hand. Her confidence and experience was a big relief to me knowing she was going to save the most on my hand. This was very reassuring, and the surgery results were far better then what I expected.

3 seperate surgeries & upcoming 4th - 2 thumbs & elbow over 5 yrs. In 2013 She repaired my tennis & golfers elbow in one surgery after extensive tests and insurance requirements. My recoveries are always seamless, she refers to a great hand/arm physical therapist.Because of arthritis I have needed multiple bone & tendon surgeries on my body (12 total) and of all the surgeons - feet, spine, knees, hands and arms, she is #1.She is considerate, compasionate and the best part, her skills - she is up to date on the most recent technologies. In 2017 She replaced my left thumb joint and in '18, my right thumb joint. Zero complications, her instructions and recommendations were clear & easy to understand.I prefer direct, to the point, no frills communication. I educate myself to be informed on what I want to ask and understand what she is explaining to me. I repeat back to make sure I understand it. We as patients need to be our own advocates for our care.100% recomend Dr Lilly

I saw Dr Lilly for arthritis in the thumb. We agreed on a steroid injection. The nurse brought me into the injection room where I waited for Dr Lilly. When she came in, she didn’t explain anything about the injection or aftercare. I’m not nervous or fearful about needles but this was quite painful. Then, the pain increased severely over the next few days. I called her office and a nurse explained what Dr Lilly should have regarding the possibility of increased pain after the procedure. Dr Lilly was not very communicative and I felt like she didn’t care about me.

Had appointment with Dr. Lilly on 10/2/23.. Very professional answered my questions & gave me my options.

Dr Lilly was very professional and pro-active re my wound. She reviewed my physical condition, called the surgical doctor at OHSU and then proscribed immediate treatment. She scheduled my surgery later the same day. Her surgical treatment was quick and painless. My wound recovery is scheduled to be much quicker so I can get back to my home improvements and woodworking.

There was a mixup with my appointment. As a result insurance hadn’t been notified for an ok for my procedure. Dr. Lilly and her assistant both worked hard to get the ok from the insurance so I could have my procedure done that day. Dr. Lilly did a great job making the whole process easy and comfortable for me.

It was a positive experience. She was prompt and took care of my needs. She provided me with contact information for future needs.

It is always a great pleasure when seeing Dr. Soma Lilly. I've been her patient 3 years (?). I get injections every 6 months on my CVC joints and annually on my Carpal Tunnel. She takes her job very seriously. My first appointment, she dove into my symptoms and was all business to help me be more comfortable and presented her diagnosis. I will have surgery at some point, but extremely satisfied with just injections for now. A very nice person and superb bedside manner. I happen to find many people in the Bend retail business who are patients of Dr. Lilly's and always have good things to say. If Dr. Lilly ever changes her medical facility, If in Central Oregon, I will follow as a patient.
