Dr. Soma Johnkutty, MD

Currently take my child to see her and she is outstanding. Her communication is amazing, just remember that she sees patients all day so if you send a message to her it may take a few hours to get a response. She shows genuine love and care every time we see her.

I have had ongoing issues with Dr. Johnkutty regarding my two children, who both take medication and attend Wake County Public Schools. She has repeatedly failed to complete the 1702 medication forms for the school accurately or on time, which has been extremely frustrating. The office is difficult to reach by phone, and I often have to make multiple trips in person just to follow up on prescriptions or forms after appointments.Additionally, I’ve noticed that Dr. Johnkutty seems to have her own agenda during appointments, regardless of the information or updates we provide about our children. She doesn't seem to consider our input and just reiterates her reasoning for continuing the same course of action, without adjusting based on what we share. Overall, the lack of communication and disregard for our concerns has made this a very disappointing experience.

Please don't go to her I made a great mistake by taking my kid to her.The time she entered the room she kept staring at us and she didn't even ask anything about my child except the very normal questions already they asked me to fill up the form and she rushed out from the room as if she wants to run away from us.Her behavior was so rude and weird.PLZ DON'T GO TO HER.

I wish I could leave fewer stars. This “doctor” calls herself a pediatrician, but she knows very little about infants, their health, and development. She gave us nothing but fear with wrong information about expectations that have had terrible effects on the health of our baby and breast health. We are now working with knowledgeable doctors to correct the mistakes she caused. Please avoid her if you care about yourself and your child.

Dr. Johnkutty has seen my child 4 times now. And with each visit we have left feeling very pleased. She is friendly, listens to my concerns and we do not feel rushed while in the examining room. Dr Johnkutty Seems to truly enjoy her job and this reflects in the way she treats my child. My family and I are very happy having her as our pediatrician.

Dr Johnkutty spent a lot of time gett To know my child and genuinely listened to our concerns, giving great feedback. She gave options for treatment rather than just one recommendation.

Dr. Johnkutty is very sweet and caring with our boys. She is very knowledgeable and spends the necessary amount of time (more if needed) to ensure we feel comfortable with the assessment and care plan. Our boys love her

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Johnkutty. I was new to the state and was looking for a new pediatrician for my two children. My youngest is just a baby, and when I took him in to see her, the exam only lasted a few moments. Dr. Johnkutty hardly asked me anything about my son or our family, and when I asked a few questions about vaccines she was short with me and very rude. I would not recommend her if you are looking for a pediatrician the really gets to know your children.
