Most compassionate doctor that I have ever had. He is always happy, he doesn’t talk down to you. You feel like he is part of your family. He has gone out of his way to try different ways to control my pain. He has the best bedside manner. He is never rushed. I would not be alive today if I had not found him. His staff is fantastic. I sure like Danielle and Joy. They are kind and return calls in a timely manner. If you have a problem with a pharmacy, they get it fixed immediately.

I liked Dr. Liao when we first met. He helped control the pain I had that derived from cancer in my sciatic nerve and a resulting amputation. However, we had an issue when out of the blue he cut off 3/4 of my medication. I asked for an explanation. I was flat out ignored. I tried to smooth things over. Since then he has done everything in his power to make my pain care difficult. He is very vindictive. He holds a grudge and his patient's care seems unimportant.

This palliative care doctor did not provide any pain relief for the cancer pain. He did not listen when we told him that the current pain medications were not effective and he did not offer any solutions or new medications. Please choose another doctor if you want treatment for your pain.
