Dr. Puente-Guzman has been our pediatrician (4 children) literally from the day my son was born soon to be 15 years . we used to travel 1.5 hours to the office. We followed her from the NICU. Dr.Puente-Guzman takes her time with us and i'm sure all of her patience with respect to the patience arrival time, if she has an extra 5 minutes she always lets us have a bit more time for questions and answers. I also love that she is very open to family involvement in the care of my children and works close with the specialist we see. She also listens very well and helps with every concern I had with my children! My forms are always filled out very quickly. My children and I feel very happy to have Dr. Puente-Guzman as our pediatrician.

Dr. Guzman is a great trustworthy person. She’s always been direct and on point with us about my son. Five years has my son been with Dr. Guzman, looking forward to having many more years. Thank you Dr. Guzman for your love and care for my son.

She is an excellent doctor and very professional with her patients. She is eminently to treat special children. She is the pediatrician of my special 13 year old daughter and my 5 year old son.

Horrible experience with this Dr. It's very unfortunate Mount Sinai had to hire her. Her actions alone will cause her to lose her license.

Dr Guzman and her receptionist (from Suite 2M) were very unprofessional. My family arrived at 1000 Mount Sinai within the 15 minutes grace period and she already had another patient in her room to which she wanted to reschedule my child for another 2 months. I will be taking this up with the Board members and BBB for my review. I hope they hire professional neurologists. Ms. Soledad Puentes Guzman is not worth putting an Dr in front of her name.
