Dr. Kanotra is so patient and understanding. He listens to any concerns, but also is able to weigh the best options. My daughter was terrified before surgery and by the post-op she was telling him how much better she could breathe. Very thankful!

Dr. Kanotra is a tender, caring and excellent physician who gave my high school football player a tremendous gift- massive improvement in his quality of life!! My son can now breathe out of both sides of his nose, he is able to sleep more adequately, and he is able to learn better in school. We are already looking forward to fall when we anticipate his athletics performance will sustain favorable optimization as well. All of this is because of Dr. Kanotra!! Dr. Kanotra operated on my daughter for a neck cyst which had previously undergone surgery somewhere else. He explained the whole procedure in detail and went over everything. The surgery was a success and we have been so blessed to have him take care of our daughter.

I have a 2 year with chronic aspiration and needed to be put on G tube. I was referred to Dr. Kanotra for evaluation and within months of seeing him my child had his G tube removed. He is exceptionally skilled and compassionate and was able to figure out and treat the cause of my child aspiration. Highly recommended

I had a rare case of adult laryngomalacia that was very tricky even to diagnose. No ENT in California had a good solution for me, so I started researching and found some of Dr Kanotra's papers on the condition. I emailed him on a wing and a prayer and amazing man that he is he not only agreed to see me but was excited at the chance - I was his first ever adult patient! No exaggeration, he saved me from living death: my sleep apnea was terrible and CPAP doesn't work on laryngomalacia so I had been waking up every day like death warmed over. The surgical recovery wasn't fun (hurt like blazes and swallowing was a debacle for weeks) but who cares: Dr Kanotra unzombied me! I'm human again and it is all thanks to this man. He's such a kind, upbeat, conscientious guy, and the care at the hospital was outstanding. Highest recommendation! Bless you Dr K!

We were referred for our son who had swallowing issues and were told by our previous ENT that he will grow out of it. Dr. Kanotra was very through is his evaluation and explained everything in great detail. He was diagnosed with a laryngeal cleft and underwent surgery. He is now able to take pretty much everything by mouth and we are planning to get his G tube out. It was a good experience and we value the care we received.

We see him for my son who had a tracheostomy and got his tracheostomy a couple of months ago after having airway surgery with Dr. Kanotra. The whole experience was great and has changed out life. I can't thank him enough

We saw Dr. Kanotra for our 4 month old with Laryngomalacia. He was set up for surgery with n a week and the results are amazing. He is feeding so much better and that noisy breathing is gone. We can't thank enough his expertise.

Dr. Kanotra takes excellent care of our little angel and I trust him with her. You know he truly cares for her and her future. He always takes time to explain and go over everything and that is so important when you have a medical fragile child. He also has the most amazing nurse she is a blessing along with Dr. Kanotra.

Wouldnt feel confident handing my baby over to just anyone for surgery, but Dr. Kanotra is an extremely talented, caring, and smart doctor. Cannot recommend him highly enough!
