Unprofessional and terrible place. Phone calls are never answered. We scheduled online for our annual visit after calling 10+ times with no response or call back. We showed up for our appointment and were told to wait outside, and that they’ll call us in 1 hour to come back because they’re running behind. We did as we were told, waited outside, but received no phone call. We still came back in 1 hour to find the office closed. This is not how you treat patients. They knew we were waiting well past our appointment time, but they felt that it was fine to close their office and leave. How is this acceptable? I have no idea how this office remains in business with this kind of patient experience.

Caring doctor and staff
I was very pleased with my experience. The doctor was kind and professional. The wait time was ok considering they accept me without an appointment.

Totally awful. I went two times for visits. The first time it took 5 hours to get seen, I did not make much of it, as I understand anyone can have an irregular day. The second time it took literally 7 hours to get seen. Most of my day was gone with this visit. The staff was supposed to send a refill to the pharmacy, I went a couple of times during the day, and they had not sent it, they promised they would send it by the end of the day, they didn't, went again (live right across), they didn't, the following day they didn't, you get the picture. Avoid this practice at all costs.

I typically don't write reviews. I am very cognizant of a Physicians' time and understand that wait time are unavoidable. However in addition to the absurd 2 hour wait time and unavailable staff , this Doctor is disrespectful and demeaning to its patients. When I questioned why he was ordering certain labs or prescribing medication, he became extremely defensive and told me to find a new Doctor. He ended up shredding my only copy of medical paperwork for school , which was the only reason for my visit. Please AVOID this practice!

Doesn't speak good enough English to practice here as a professional. Office itself put patients ill at ease due to it's uncanny resemblance to a horror movie.

Although the Dr. is okay, the staff there is horrible. A surgeon's office called to request forms and not only were they rude to the assistant, but they hung up on her. She attempted to call back and kept getting a busy signal. I was completely embarrassed. I would not recommend anyone to that office. It's sad the staff is the cause of it.
