Amazing Doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Chamblee since 2016 - 2017. She is one of the few doctors that actually listens. She listens, wants to get to the root of the issue, but also won't do extra stuff you don't need. She talks to you like a person, never talks down to you like you're stupid, and just has a great bed side manner. I wish I could clone her to take over all my specialist needs.

Although everyone was nice and pleasant and easy to work with, Dr. Chamblee ignored or overlooked some of the issues I had raised. There was no investment in me as a patient. I guess that’s the way medicine is now. But I’m happy to see that many of you had a satisfactory experience. It just wasn’t mine.

During an appointment with Dr. Chamblee, she asked that I call her office in a week to get my lab results. After calling 2 days in a row without response, I went to Dr. Chamblee's office to complete the necessary paperwork to obtain a copy of my medical records. However Dr. Chamblee asked me to make an appointment with her to discuss my lab results. I couldn't justify the added expense. Instead, I ended up leaving her office and going directly to the lab to complete a "Patient Records Request".

I would highly recommend Dr. Chamblee to anyone needing an ENT doctor. She is gentle and cares to do the best possible job. I have Chronic Leukemia and had sinus surgery. The surgery will open up blockages and allow my sinuses to drain. Infection is a problem with Chronic Leukemia and this may keep me from being on antibiotics continually.

Took 90 year old mom to Dr. Chamblee for a second opinion. Dr. Chamblee was very thorough and has wonderful bedside manners. She diagnosed her correctly on our first visit. Now maybe my mom will finally start to feel better and recover after nearly 2 months of suffering.

Dr. Chamblee is an ok ENT, but her staff that she has working for her is something to be desired. I work in an industry that is customer oriented and if my organization performed customer service the way hers does, we would be fired. I had to call three different occasions in order to find out my test results and finally Dr. Chamblee got on the phone herself and apologized. You have to call multiple times just to get information and then the information may not be correct is my experience.
