Dr. Snehal Desai, MD

My mom endured 5 months of symptoms and two other doctors with no diagnosis. Luckily we found Dr Desai and his NP Marcella. They were able to get her in and got a diagnosis quickly. Both of them took time to explain the diagnosis, answer all our questions patiently and refer her on to the appropriate specialists. While she has a long road ahead of her we are confident that we are in good hands. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

My first colonoscopy was much easier than I thought it would be thanks to Dr Desai and his staff!!

Many comments on here, I believe, are referencing a different Dr Dasai (also gastroenterology). That Dr lost his practice due to some serious issues. I have seen both Dr Dasai's. This Dr Dasai is friendly, soft spoken, concerned & caring. The staff is very busy and yet stay professional and friendly. The office is very clean and well kept. I am very particular about who I see and I would and have recommended him.

I seen Dr. Desai on my first visit. Have not seen him sense just his assistant. I was diagnosed with 2 different things. They have not helped me with either. The front desk staff is awful. They are not helpful and get upset when called out on their behavior. I will never recommend Dr. Desai to anyone.

I would NEVER recommend this Doctor. He has a terrible temper and verbally berates his staff and also patients. All 4 interactions I have had with this doctor result in him yelling and calling people incompetent. He is short in more ways than one. Also seems to believe he is smarter than everyone else and fails to explain procedures.

Dr Desai is a wonderful and caring Dr. I’ve been a patient of his for years!! I highly would recommend him!

As a professional, I have never been so embarrassed or disgusted at a doctors office! Staff was rude, complaining as we entered office. Office looked more like someone in rundown neighborhood with no professionalism at all. Staff was disheveled, unkept, messy uniforms. MD had no sense of caring! Previous MD that was my husband's doctor is in this office now and was told had to get permission to see him. Asked to see him anyway and got stuck with a very poor excuse of a doctor! Worst MD no more!

Saw a family member in the hospital on an emergency basis. Was very vague when asked about what his recommendations were. Appeared to "pat himself on the back as an expert". Not impressed at all. I will make sure people I know are told never to go to him.
