Has been an excellent oncologist for me
Dr. Phadke has been incredible. She listens to what I have to say, cares about how I'm doing, is competent, knowlegeable, and straightforward. She is decisive and competent. I really have been grateful to have her on my case.

Dr. Phadke Highly Recommended
I have been seeing Dr. Phadke since late 2019 and have found her care of my breast cancer to be thorough, targeted and excellent. Dr. Phadke asks questions, listens and answers all of my concerns and issues. I am very please with the medical care she provides me as well as her team.

My wife's breast cancer metastasized and she missed it completely, causing unnecessary suffering pain and delayed treatment. I would suggest that you stay away from Dr. Phadke.

Did not take the lead in my mother’s breast cancer treatment. Lacking in assertiveness and aggressiveness when treating her cancer, which resulted in an much earlier than predicted death. Was not knowledgeable about the specific type of breast cancer and movement of that cancer to other parts of the body, which resulted in poor treatment and unnecessary suffering. Finally, was not honest about life expectancy and progress of the cancer during the last few months.

Dr. Phadke is a good oncologist. She listens to what is important and is flexible. She has experience and uses data combined with the patient's needs to make a plan.
