The clinic is convenient location. I like they have lab and X-ray there. Nurse was friendly. I liked Dr. Patel. She was honest and helped me decide what was best for me.

Very rude and did not care about my weight lose concerns especially when she heard I suffer from bipolar. We keep hearing end the stigma of mental illness. Pretty sad when healthcare professionals are part of the problem. Don’t waste your time with this physician. One star only because 0 stars is not an option.

Dr. Patel was dismissive, clearly disinterested, and condescending throughout my experience with her. Today I've had terrible back problems for over 2 years, and that's because the first doctor I went to was Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is not alone in viewing someone like myself as a drug addict seeking a fix. She was just the first. It's easy to see when someone doesn't believe you. During my first visit she also made an off color comment about my weight and suggested my back problem may not even be real, but instead could be diabetes. After calling the ambulance to come get me off my living room floor I was finally given an MRI which clearly showed my problem. The ER physician arranged a fast appointment with Neurology for me, as I was waiting 3+ weeks once Dr. Patel finally referred me (after several weeks of PT and literally ZERO relief). I canceled my 2nd appt with neurology because I already had one sooner. Then when it came time for Dr. Patel to complete the leave paperwork

EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING. She got irritated when I asked questions. Didnt even look at me when talking. She acted like I the patient, was wasting her time. I will never see her again. She needs a new career because taking care of people is definitely not a strong suit.

If I could give her zero starts I would. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She lacks empathy, professionalism, manners, the list could go on and on. She literally made me feel as though I was a lost cause instead of trying to help me. She walked out on me in a very bad state of mind and didn’t care about the possible consequences of her actions. If you don’t know how to help someone with depression, or how to at least refer them then don’t take the appointment!!

Condescending is probably the best word to describe Dr. Patel. Either she hates her job, or she hates people, but she should not be a primary care doctor. The entire appointment was uncomfortable and she talks to patients as they are lowly, unintelligible life-forms. She would squint her eyes and ask, "why do you think that?" in such a condescending tone. I only felt better when my test results came back and I was right about what I though the cause could be. I won't go to her again.

I felt like my appointment was completely rushed, I don't feel like I received any answers to the problem I went in for. Didn't give me time to ask any questions let alone get answers, even after showing up early for my appointment. This was my first and most likely last visit with this doctor.
