Always patient, very kind and takes the time to listen. Have been going to her for years for my type 1 diabetes - wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!!

A waste of your time and money!
This is is worse Dr.and staff I have ever dealt with. I read the reviews before I went, and went anyway! With that many bad reviews I should have known! The nurse will not take or return your call! When she finally did (2 weeks later) was very rude and blamed me for giving her the wrong information!Looking for a new Dr.!

Worthless
Rude reception, waited 20 minutes past scheduled time, and was given zero information in a 3 min visit. No follow up was given on test results. This Dr had no interest and could care less. No one should consider this Dr for any reason.

Literally a 4 minute appointment
I had an appointment at 9am and I was in the parking lot walking back to my car at 9:04. I have type 1 diabetes. I had more small talk than talk about my disease. No numbers were discussed, no symptoms. Nothing. I was then told no one showed up, so I couldn’t get my blood work done there. I was given a piece of paper to go somewhere else to get my blood drawn and walked to the door. Why not call me and cancel my appointment then? I have to separately go get my blood work done myself somewhere else. I took time off work for the appointment only for it to be a waste of time. OH, and I received a bill in the mail for that. Type 1 diabetes isn’t easy to navigate, and the way I’m treated here makes me feel like I’m alone in it. There’s no care or support. The office also doesn’t seem to be very detail-oriented.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alloju for about 3 years. I am a "brittle diabetic" and as such experience significant highs and lows. I am a Dexcom CGM user. Dealing with Dexcom is difficult to say the least. Dr. Alloju and her staff on an ongoing basis go the extra mile to assist me with providing required reports to Dexcom. Finally, she always takes the extra time to review everything with me. I give her and her staff high marks all around.

I highly recommend Dr. Alloju. She is very knowledgable and professional and pleasant. She answers all of my questions and really cares about her patients. She helped us understand what was going on with our son and continues to help him regulate his hormones. I have already recommended her to others!

So, let's see... She gave no medical advise of any kind on the symptoms. Now, she said I need to get my blood work done and ultrasound done. The blood work results were "provided to my physician", which I never heard from. And she absolutely could not give me an ultrasound referral on paper and said she would fax it to the imaging center and never did (so I had to go to CareNow and pay to get their referral promptly). So, unfortunately I'm not able to leave no stars at all, otherwise I would.

Definitely do not agree with previous reviews!! Dr. Alloju really is committed. She gives her full attention and after being diagnosed with diabetes 4 years ago and seeing many doctors I couldn't get my blood sugars under control. After lab testing, we figured out the best medication and dosage for ME, with time I really began to notice a difference, with my numbers and my health. She is not there to check you off of her list, she is there to help you get well!!

I totally agree with the other review. From what i experienced today, i could have performed a office visit on myself. She is the worse. It was like she was stumbling for words to say and she did nothing to assist me with the issues i went in for. a TOTAL waste of $120 dollars. Please if you are thinking of going to her, save your time, energy and money and search for a more informed and knowledgeable physician. She is CLUELESS!
