I found her to be rude and condescending after she found out I could not hear her because I am hearing impaired - I tried to explain to her that I was able to hear the other cardiologist because his voice was lower and that other Dr.'s communicate by writing -it was clear when she walked away that she wanted no part in communicating with me - she literally walked out of my room - I found her to have a God complex personality. I really should report her to ADA.gov for her insulate behavior after finding out I was hard of hearing.
