Low heart rate consultation and recommendation
Dr. Tankut was very well prepared for my initial visit with him. My cardiology health team at Corewell Health, Holland recommended seeing Dr. Tankut after readings from a heart monitor indicated low heart rates and even occasional pauses.He started our meeting by saying he did his “homework” and had a very good understanding of the condition causing my low heart rate. He then said I was a strong candidate for a pacemaker and supported that recommendation by describing and illustrating the electrical problem causing the low heart rate.His preparation and ability to explain my condition in simple, understandable terms gave me a high degree of confidence in moving forward with Dr. Tankut to implant a pacemaker.
