I went for my daughter Annual checkup and she was asking me to stop talking and not letting me to tell the concerns. One concern she made multiple health concerns and she told me we will charge you for two visits instead of one so I was confused why in one visit you charge double then she said we have to because I asked her question. My daughter was crying when we came home and very disappointed.

I called before I made an appointment to find out if they would be a good fit. Parking is one issue, easy to make an appointment, and there or close by 5 days a week, if they do the labs in office and send them out and not me, and would not have any issues continuing the medications my retired had me on for years. I was told all of these were the same and no issues so I made the appointment. I was rushed, she did not ask any medical questions or why I took these medications nor did my lab before I left. I contacted them for at least 10 days for them to send me a lab order and finally they did. I checked the pharmacy and found one medication that was supposed to be for 30 days with refills was for 10 days only and no refills. I spoke to the Nurse Practitioner who was not friendly at all. I knew than I could not trust what they tell me

I have been looking for a new primary care physician since mine retired So I made an appointment based on that. When I went in I handed her the medication list and recent labs so she can see why I took these medications but she never did ask me about any while there. Her office called me to see if I got my lab done yet saying she would not send in my cholesterol medication until she received it even though I had given her the last two current labs. The Nurse practitioner who was extremely rude and later the manager and again rude and told me she saw me and that is a visit and they are not refunding the money back to the insurance company. They got me to make an appointment by lying and under false pretenses and in this case is insurance fraud. When there, we spoke generally but she did not ask about any medications on the list I gave her or said she would not prescribe them or I would have left ASAP. I would not go to or recommend this doctor or practice to anyone! RUN & FAST

Poor bedside manner and professionalism

Great Doctor, takes time to listen to all of your concerns, knowledgeable, follows up on her promises.

Kind, listens, open to a variety of treatment options, provides good holistic care, such as prescribing getting some fresh air along with your antibiotics.

Very calm, kind, knowledgeable, never in a rush

Dr Sirbu is compassionate and caring. An excellent Doctor.
