Great doctor
Dr Retter is blunt, and straightforward. She listened to my symptoms and sent me to the proper departments, her follow up was a detailed explanation of the results and how we fix the issue. I found her to be a caring doctor that is fact based, not trying to win a popularity contest.

The VA overall, is always stellar, however this doctor, is a complete stain on their reputation, in my opinion. She is extremely rude, and condescending. I am not a person who writes many reviews, and if I do they are never bad ones. She treated my Dad and I so horribly, I couldn't believe it. I am looking into filing a formal complaint against her. Her treatment was beyond subpar. The high star ratings below reflect the nurses in the urgent care. They are in NO way a reflection of her.
