She is a wonderful doctor
She is very good at diagnosing and solving problems. On one appointment, she said 'You look pale' and ordered blood tests. Sure enough I was low in iron.

Don’t recommend
Extremely unhappy with this doctor, I would tell her my concerns and she would say let’s do labs then talk when lab results would Come back she would have her nurse call and say take vitamins. This went on for about 3 years. Then I go to the ob gyn and she tells me I’ve been in menopause for about two years based on my labs and my thyroid is slow why aren’t I taking anything?! It blew my mind. I would call Dr Pop they wouldn’t call back just completely ignored me! It was so frustrating and depressing to be ignored by my doctor when all I wanted was help with my never ending symptoms. DONT GO HERE. She is neglectful and doesn’t care about her patients. I’m finally switching doctors on my HMO. We all deserve better when it comes to our health. I’ve thought about reporting her for neglect. But I will simply find a doctor that cares.

Difficulty making an appointment
Made an appt in early March 2024 and office called back to canceled, stating Dr Pop didn’t have an opening until August and tried to refer me to a P.A. for annual check up. I said no since it had only been 6 mos since last annual. I called back and spoke to someone else to ask how to change doctor’s and she made an appt with Dr Pop for March 25. Then March 21 I got a call from Dr Pop’s assistant Wanda that she had to cancel because Dr Pop had personal family issues. This happened to me last year too. I have been seeing Dr Pop since 2017. Dr Pop is a knowledgeable and gives good advice. I’m at a loss and feel it is time to change doctor’s.

Not impressed
Got there 15 minutes early as instructed and ended up waiting an hour and 1/2 for appointment. Finally she came in. It was the first time she met me and she took literally 5 minutes with me. Waiting for over an hour and a half and she asked me a few history questions. I was not impressed by her in the least.

I have seen Dr. Pop on a couple different occasions for different things. In summary, I don't have a lot of confidence in her medical expertise. During my most recent visit, I carefully explained the activity that preceded my back injury and the ER doctors' diagnosis that seemed logical based on all the facts. Inexplicably, Dr Pop ignored what I told her and went on a long tangent about a possible elbow injury!? I got an MRI confirming a protruding disc C7/T1. ok for the sniffles, otherwise....
