Dr. Pautler is the greatest! I feel she genuinely cares about all of my concerns and well being. I made a decision 2 years ago to make a positive change in my life. I started eating healthy and exercising. I lost 125 pounds, as a result I had loose skin everywhere. This made me very self conscious. Dr. Paulter's professional assessment immediately made me feel comfortable.I felt then that she would perform the necessary procedures to complete my physicalmetamorphosis. I am 64 feeling like 21 again! Dr. Paulter worked her magic with her gifted hands and keen perception of the female form. I finally feel comfortable with myself and look forward to every day. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Paulter.

Going to Dr. Pautler for a full tummy tuck was the best decision ever. I had severe diastasis recti from my 2 pregnancies and looked as if I was about 6 months pregnant even though my youngest child was 11 years old. It took me that long to save up for and gather the courage to get the surgery, and by that time I also had an upper abdominal hernia. Dr. Pautler was the only surgeon in the area who would even consult with me knowing I had a hernia. Everyone else wanted me to have the hernia fixed before even seeing me, but Dr. Pautler said it was no problem to consult with a general surgeon during my surgery and fix the hernia at the same time so that I didn't have to recover from 2 surgeries, and I was so grateful for that. Her office was fantastic to work with and my recovery couldn't have gone smoother. I am so happy with my results. I finally feel like myself again. This review comes 8 months after having breast reduction surgery because I wanted to give enough time to give an all-around review from start to finish. To say Dr. Paulter changed my life seems a little dramatic, but it could not be more true. Dr. Pautler is the best surgeon you could choose and her work is exceptional. She is meticulous throughout the entire process and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is also amazing to work with and they make the process as smooth as possible. After 8 months, everything is still looking perfect and I could not be more happy with choosing Dr. Pautler as my surgeon. If anything, I wish I would not have waited so long to make this decision! I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation and feel confident in that recommendation. Should I ever need anything else done, I will undoubtedly go to her again.

From the moment I walked in the office I knew i was where I belonged. The office staff was so welcoming. . As soon as I met Dr. Pautler I knew she was the surgeon for me . At 56 I was ready to look and feel better about myself. Breast lift and a little liposuction on those stubborn areas was what I was looking for. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel totally comfortable. I’m now 7 weeks out and so happy I chose Dr. Pautler , she is a true surgical artist and genuinely kind person. For over half my life, I have hated the size of my breasts. I was so insecure that I would do anything I could to make them appear smaller (i.e., wear jackets, keep my hair long, etc.). While trying to get healthier, I developed a large cyst on my breast and was encouraged by my primary care doctor to see a plastic surgeon to remove it. This was the "boost" that I needed to start the discussion about a reduction. Dr. Pautler came highly recommended, and I can see why. During my initial consultation, she answered all my questions and sketched how the surgery would be done. Whenever I had a question, the nurse, Nicole, and Dr. Pautler were just a phone call away when I had questions. The surgery changed my life! Regardless of whether I wish it had been done earlier, I'm so glad I had it done. Dr. Pautler and the staff made the experience stress-free, and everyone in the office was extremely friendly. I can't recommend Dr. Pautler enough!

Dr. Pautler is an amazing surgeon! I underwent breast augmentation in 2018 and she did a marvelous job. I was so completely satisfied and happy I had the procedure done! She is an impeccable doctor, and her skills are the best around! She came highly recommended by multiple people and when I had my consultation I understood why. She truly is THE BEST plastic surgeon! Most recently I had to have a hernia repair and I went to see Dr. Pautler for an abdominoplasty and flank lypo surgery- along with the hernia removal. Her explanation of the procedure and care and concern throughout my treatment was remarkable and the results after the procedure are life changing for me! I love the way my belly now looks after having had 4 children. She is an artist and a perfectionist! The office team is also top notch- Cara, Nurse Nicole & Frannie, and Darlene are wonderful! I'm 60 and Dr. Pautler performed upper eyelid and "gliding brow" lift surgery on me. Dr. Pautler was recommended to me by my daughter who is a surgical physician assistant at St. Clair Hospital. I know of another surgeon who trusted Dr. Pautler with his daughter. If they trusted Dr. Pautler, then so did I. I am delighted with the results. She listened patiently and understood my goals. She explained in thorough detail both the eyelid and brow procedures, do's and don'ts before and after, and what to expect in recovery. Her photo portfolio of work speaks to her skill. From start to finish, it was an easy and pleasant experience, and one I would willingly repeat. When Dr. Pautler was recommended to me, I didn't realize I'd be under the care of a plastic surgeon but also an artist. I am just shy of 3 most post-breast augmentation and Dr. Pautler delivered exactly what I wanted to achieve- my results are absolutely beautiful and better than I dared to hope.
