I would NOT recommend Dr. Simon Tan. He is nice enough but his staff is awful. I have gone to him for many years but today was the last straw!

I have been seeing Dr Tan for over 3 years. He’s treating me for seizures. I highly recommend him. He’s thorough and has a great bedside manner. Having trouble with some of the medication he will work with you until he finds what does work. Thank you Dr Tan. Your patient Connie Gatewood

I had an EEG performed back in April 23rd - 25th 2019 in which the office stated my insurance would cover the procedure and there would be no charge. I called the office many times prior to the procedure to confirm the procedure would be covered and the office said yes. I received a bill for an outrageous amount Jan 11th 2020. As stated when I spoke to the office they document everyone they speak to in verifying coverage at the insurance company. I contacted the office via email hopefully they resolve this matter.
