Very professional and caring doctor. I wish he has an independent primary care practice.

Very fast courteous yet thorough as very anxious and nervous. Saw me within 7 minutes of waiting went over several possible scenarios and got to the bottom of my issue quickly but did not rush me answered all my questions and concerns

I have been to this location several times for myself and kids. I love it. They always call me back before I can even fill out the paperwork. They listen and treat me great and quickly. Dr. Simon Studeny was especially awesome. I never want us to be sick or hurt, but I know I will be well taken care of if it happens. Today I took my son in because I suspected he might have the flu! When I arrive Dr. Simon was so sincere and offered me and my son something to drink and eat. He was super friendly and smiled the entire time. He was super professional and made us feel at ease. He was so understanding and so nice. He took his time listening and answering my questions. They tested my son immediately and not even 10 minutes later we got results and the nurse administered treatment. Dr. Studeny's service is an A+ ... I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Studeny for making this process easy and being so respectful and professional. I truly haven’t experienced an ER like this.

I brought my wife in late in the evening. Dr.Simon and his staff did everything everything he could for my wife, and figured out she had pneumonia. He provided quick assessment and delivered treatment. He made sure my wife was comfortable. He was supportive and show understanding of what she needed. She spend four hours in observation, received two courses breathing treatment, she had all the blood work , and xr done. She received iv fluids. She felt a lot better afterwards. I can not thank Dr. Simon enough! I will recommend this doctor to everybody!

This shmuck sent me a bill for 1446.00 dollars after VA payed for everything else. Granted I have 100% VA medical care coverage. This guy will bill you separately from the hospital despite your insurance. Avoid this dishonest man, and this hospital if you can.

Not very knowledgable. Not very professional. When in the Baylor Trophy Club Emergency all the staff does all the work, diagnosing, radiology is handled by Baylor Grapevine, he is just a figurehead and a psuedo Frank Abignale. He is not in any insurance network so beware that just because Baylor Trophy Club is part of your network, he is not. He will send you a bill for 15 minutes of services that costs as much as the services provided by the facility, staff, radiology and lab.
