Dr. Simee Malik, MD

Traumatic experience because of Simee. In fact, I’m writing this some time after our experience to make sure I didn’t write a review with anger and disappointment still on my heart. Her and I had opposite culture and traditions, which means communication was that much more important. She fell short in this area while checking over our child, and during the time we searched for another doctor; because we did not trust our child in her care a second time. Her actions blindsided my family. She dismissed and disrespected our culture, and made no attempt to help us find balance that would ensure my child thrived and evolved with proper support. Simee provided us as fresh first time parents *and* a brand new life, with trauma instead of support. Poor communication, and no effort to understand a family with a lifestyle a-typical to her level of competency and practice.

I have been personally seeing Dr. Malik my entire life. She is my favorite doctor and is the best. There's is no awkwardness, she knows what she is doing, and is super friendly and remembers her patients personally. I am sad that I'm almost too old to be under her care.
