Horrible and rude service. Front office staff are horrible. Worst care I have ever had.

I was a patient of this office for 8 years . It was the worst care a person could receive. I had two fractured hips and never got any help from this office . Long long wait times on the phone . My kids were also at this office and both have special needs. This office just today quit on us . She just left a woman with two fractured hips , a child with an encephalocele and one who has cerebral palsy without a doctor Who does this ? Also, ripped my kids off their ADHD medication for absolutely no reason . Parents do not go to this office with your children. We came from San Mateo and moved to Modesto and she was our doctor but we never saw her we would always get the nurse practitioner never silvia Diego High turnover in staff which affects the office . It is a complete circus at this doctors office ....

Horrible , missed my televisit appointment, never called my labs in , if you complain they will ban you , it’s happened to multiple patients , according to another patients fiancé who died on the property or in their office they towed her car 30 minutes after she died, ...

This doctor’s office is being run BADLY. For example, when it comes to getting a call in to the office, whether it is for appointments or for follow ups, a minimum of 20 min hold on the phone is the norm. As for referrals, you have no idea if they were ever done. One will need to follow up multiple times with phone calls to get the doctor to put in orders for non-routine tests, and the hold time on the phone each time is at lest 20 min. Also be prepared to receive a call from her office to cancel your appointment on the morning of the appointment as it happened to me twice. I heard from other patients about their last minute appointment cancellations by the doctor’s office.

Dr Diego treated my husband and I during covid televisit.. She has always been very helpful along with her staff, Dr incharge and her whole staff is amazing..

My experience at this office has been always bad, the wait is ridiculous and to get a hold of them by phone takes 30min or more. When it comes to getting a call back from the Dr in regards to a possible urgent mammogram result, you get the information from the receptionist and only because I constantly called back myself and each time it was different information or they would say they haven’t received the results when literally I was told 2hrs ago it was o the Dr’s desk and she will be calling me back with the results. Needles to say the Dr never called me. I will not be returning to this office next year I care too much about my health, and I am happy to say I found another OB where you feel the Dr cares as well as the entire staff. Way more professional . .

Dr. Diego is the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. She’s very kind and works well with trying to find treatment(and specialists) as soon as possible considering I’m a difficult case considering my medical conditions. She was also willing to see me right away the next morning unscheduled when I had called her the night before with an emergency. Yes the wait can be ridiculous at times but with a doctor as great as her it’s 100 percent worth the wait!

Dr. Diego listens, is positive and thorough.

I have ALWAYS waited at least one hour to see Dr. Diego. Last week I waited for almost 2 hours! There is never an apology and the follow through with referrals is terrible. Shame on me for letting this happen over and over. My New Year resolution is to find a new PCP!

I filed a complaint about the overall experience I received from the doctor and assistants here not being to the standard advertised on their website. Next thing I receive a letter dismissing me as a patient.

Dr. Diego is a wonderful and caring doctor. She always asked me questions and takes her time with the patients. The office personnel are always helpful.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Diego after being referred to her by a close family friend. She really listens to me when I talk and explain my symptoms which isnt the case with all Drs i have visited. She actually took the time to explain things to me and go over what she has written in my chart which I really liked. I only wish the wait was a bit shorter but that is pretty comon at all doctors offices.

Dr. Diego is a very good doctor with a vast knowledge of medicine. Our whole family sees her. She seems to work 24/7 because she has called me back at night or on weekends when I've had an issue. Bottom line leave a message with her service or office and you will hear back. Keep in mind she is an OB GYN so sometimes waiting times and appointment are at the mercy of babies being born.

This Doctor is amazing! She listens to me, she's caring and was able to diagnose my symptoms right away! The wait is long sometimes to see her, but it was well worth it!

horrible customer service. phone lines are busy most of the time and is very difficult to make same day appointments, I did not received referrals and follow up call/visits unless I called the office more than once.
