Dr. Silvana Gaudino, MD

In my third trimester I had severe swelling, particularly in my lower legs, ankles and feet. It came on suddenly and did not relent after elevating my feet, ice baths, or rest. I also had tingling in my hands that wouldn?t go away. My baby was very small, only 3lbs when I was in the 33rd week of pregnancy. Those are all bad signs?signs of preeclampsia. Dr. Gaudino could have prescribed a blood test that was available in June 2023 to test for preeclampsia. She did not. She said that my symptoms were nothing to worry about. On July 12th I had high blood pressure (170 over 90, I think) and protein in my urine?undeniable signs of preeclampsia. The office where I had my ultrasounds caught this and told me to check in to the hospital. I delivered the next day. I was told Dr. Gaudino would come see me. She did not. She does not have a great bedside manner during pelvic exams and started my internal exam without a verbal warning or my consent.

First time there after years without seeing an OB-GYN. I was very nervous, but Dr. Gaudino treated me very well. She ordered all tests as I asked to, answered all my questions, and was very sweet. The staff is very accommodating, and the office is clean and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Gaudino and her staff.

Doctor is ok... misdiagnosed me.. but the staff is AWFUL

She’s a wonderful doctor. Always makes you feel comfortable. Having my partial hysterectomy was the best thing I ever did. No problems or pain afterwards. Been going to her for over 20 years. She’s the best!!

Incredible doctor and overall person. You do not find these kind of caring people often.

Dr Guadino is the laziest doctor I've ever been too. Botched my cousins C-section, infection, horrible scarring and she's the worst in taking responsibility for her ineptness! AND she's always SEATED in surgery and God forbid shes performing surgery without another experienced surgeon in the room!!!!

Exceptional physician... exceptional person!

She is a fantastic doctor! Three healthy, beautiful babies. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I would never think of seeing any other ob/gyn.
