Dr. Silpa Senchani, MD

I think this doctor's bedside manners are very rude. She does not explain anything to you unless you ask a question. Too long wait in the room and then she spends less than 5 minutes with you. Not sure if it is a language barrier.

I Had a very bad experience with this Dr who CUT me open to insert Biote pellets and then stitched my skin closed with no numbing. This caused me immense pain. Please beware!

Horrible office, had a outpatient surgical pelvic ablation at St. Cloud Regional on 12/2019, I was still having the same issues before surgery, had another on gyn confirm "there is no evidence of a pelvic ablation" what a waste!

My visit to Senchani was the worst gyn visit ever. Very unprofessional doctor and rude staff. Would not recommend to anyone. SAVE YOURSELF the headache and pick a professional provider that actually knows what they are doing.

Very unprofessional place to get your ultrasound. I’m very very upset. I have an ultrasound appointment today. However, it got cancelled right when Im at the door step. This is a professional office if you want to cancels on someone please do it at least 1 hour in advance not the sec before you walk through the door. If there is an emergency they have to find an alternative. They didn’t even try to do anything. I will never come back to this place again. Don’t make the mistake I make and please go somewhere who actually care about you, as a patient. Not a nobody no one care about.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 18 year old daughter who had her very first female exam with this doctor today. After waiting in a paper gown for 40 minutes for the doctor to arrive to work, she spent a total of 2 minutes with my daughter, a brand new patient, asking only the very basic of questions and not explaining anything about what or why she was doing the exam etc. My daughter having never had an exam like this before did not know what questions to ask and the doctor didn't seem to want to take any time to actually discuss anything of importance such as effectiveness of birth control, STD's etc. Thankfully my daughter does have good information because as her mother I have made sure she has it but i was extremely disappointed that as a health care provider this doctor did not spend any time with her brand new patient going over anything at all. I did contact the doctor directly to share my disappointment but did not feel any more satisfied with the level of service.

Dr. Senchani was very good herself for my first exam, very friendly. But the office has yet to send my Birth Control perscription in and I can't get my pills until I have a prescription. The office is very uprofessional by telling me multiple times, "we are sending it to your pharmacy now." This is a huge inconvenience for me. I had never had an issue getting a perscription for my pills before.

Dr Senchani is one of the worse Doctor I have ever encounter. I saw her 2 times for serve abdominal pain and an enlarged uturis. She Never even exam me. After she did an ultrasound of my uturis she said my problem was not a GYN problem. Two moths later I had to return to the emergency room For same problem. Went to another OB/GYN and he order an MRI. The results was that I have Fibroids. One of them was 13 centimeters. I had to have a total histomery. Thank god it was not cancer

Best doctors office I’ve been to since I have been living in Florida, they are very knowledgeable and helpful with the information they provide to you .

I have seen Dr. Senchani and the P.A. they are both sweet and make you feel comfortable. They explain things clearly and I feel confident that I'm getting proper medical care. Also they have appointments you can schedule right away. The office staff is very nice.

Best gyn providers ever! Quick appointments and they answer all my concerns. Recommend it a 100%

Best Gynecologist I met.

I went to see her for a pap smear and I never went back because that was the MOST painful one I ever had. She was not considerate and simply shoved the speculum without paying attention to my screams of intense pain. The experience is so vivid that I did not go for another pap with anyone else since then. Moreover, she was in a rush and did not answer my questions. On the other hand, her staff were great.

After visiting office for an ultrasound, I felt like all she cared about was collecting $ from me. She wouldn't give me a proof of pregnancy letter to fax to Medicaid despite my positive test result b/c the ultrasound didnt show a heartbeat... despite the fact that I was not even 6 weeks along. She suggested that something might be wrong because "you are supposed to see the heartbeat" by then. Left me feeling worried and like what I had to say didn't matter. am looking for a different doctor.

This Dr. is a money making machine. She gives patients her website to buy vitamins & other NATURAL products. I asked her about losing weight, she charged me $189, she prescribed shots stating that everything was natural & after spending a total of $255 I almost die. I went for the PapSmear test & instead in doing it herself, she put her assistant to do it causing me a lot of pain The lady did not appear to be trained on what she was doing. Did not return and will not return never ever.

I am a 71 year old Florida Snowbird without a Gyn doctor in Florida and needed an office visit for a new condition that worried me. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I found her to be thorough and she explained my condition clearly and very well. I had confidence in her opinion and left with confidence in my diagnosis. I am considering making her my yearly Gyn doctor while in Florida.

Received very poor service. This Doctor will look at you as another dollar and not a Human. I wouldn't trust this doctor to treat my Dog.
