Dr. Sidhartha Pani, MD

I was thrilled to find such a wonderful team on my third visit to the Pantops family practice.

I would recommend this department/team to anyone.

Dr. Pani is one of the best PCP I have had In many years.

Dr. Pani was my doctor for many years. He was calm and usually polite. I felt like patient number 12482 when he was treating me. It felt like I was just a number to him. I felt like he was always trying to push a pill or a test on me, not really trying to find out WHY something was going wrong. Always treated the symptoms, not the problems. When I left his office and went to a new doctor, the office wasn't helpful with transferring my medical history. All in all - average at best.

Dr Pani was extremely courteous, listened to my concerns and made a plan for continuing care. I'm choosing him as my PCP

The doctor was very kind and sensitive. He encouraged my input regarding options for my care and encouraged a followup appointment to address how the treatment is working.

I had one appt w Sid Pani & didnt find my experience with him to be positive or professional. None of the bedside manner, understanding or human connection that I read in his site reviews. There were no good takeaways.He didnt take a minute get to know me as a person. We covered the intake form basics. I felt rushed and not heard on several occasions. He was dismissive & laughed at a prescription that I take as needed and said, “then why take it” while laughing. He also told me that one of my problems is that I “think too much” in regard to findings that I was told needed further evaluation. I think he was trying to put me at ease but went about it the wrong way. He also asked if I wanted a prescription to help w an ailment without an evaluation.Overall there were too many red flags from bedside manners, unprofessional communication & his approach that gave me little confidence that he would be a PCP I can trust. I came out of that visit not feeling cared for, heard or supported.

Unfortunately when I changed my job, I couldn’t stay with Dr. Pani. My new insurance had a limited options. Dr. Pani and his staff were welcoming and put me at ease. I had a thorough examination .

Second visit: Dismissive of my symptoms. Didn't like me asking him questions. Said "Who's the Doctor here?" One particular older receptionist extremely rude to me under her breath, but I heard her comments. Told Dr about what she said and he shouts at me in exam room that I need to apologize to HER. Huh? I said no way in H and walked out. Like I was in a bad dream. How does he stay in business? He was so nice on my first visit. Strange.

Dr. Pani is incredibly kind and puts me at ease. He is a great listener and always makes me feel remembered even if it is a year in between sessions, which adds to the comfort and superb care. Definitely would recommend him!

Dr. Pani takes the time to listen and address any and all health concerns. The office is very efficient and wait time has been minimal. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pani.
