Didn’t know much n he moves to different locations to often

Highly recommend dr Zamani. Very patient friendly. Not a pill pusher at all. As of feb/March 2020 he is no longer at urgent care 3D in Rancho. Takes to them May 5th and said he is no longer there and mentioned the VA?? Hopefully someone can locate where he is now.

Dr. Zammani is a nice man. He listens to you and spends the necessary time to explain things. He is smart and knows what tests to order to find out what is wrong. I think you will like him.

Dr. Zamani was my Primary Care doctor for the past 13 years until he left the medical group and now with Urgent Care 3D Rancho Santa Margarita. I saw him at the Urgent Care and he immediately remembered me as his old patient. Dr S Zamani is the best doctor who is very knowledgeable and caring. His diagnosis is accurate and he is not a pill-pusher! He listens to all my issues and explains and makes recommendations of treatment. He would provide referrals as needed and prompt with processing authorization. It is a great loss to the previous medical group and he is going to be an asset at Urgent Care 3D. If you are able to assign him as your PCP you will not be disappointed for i highly recommend Dr Zamani. I

i have been seeing Dr Zamanifor 4 years. He is very thorough. very helpful and very personable. His office staff are incompetent.

Office staff are rude and are not responsive. they just care making money. no follow up no call back .

I recently saw Dr. Zamani for the first time over two weeks ago. He seemed to be genuine and seemed that he cared. Unfortunately I can't get a call back with my results. I have called the office multiple times and was lied to by the staff about not receiving labs and other paperwork which I confirmed to be untrue. It's a long story but basically they can care less about you as a patient. I begged them to please have the doctor call me to no avail. My only choice now is to walk in :(

Very through, he spends time with you, a very compassionate doctor who cares about his patients.

Dr. Zamani is great. He's pragmatic, understanding and knowledgeable. I would recommend him as a physician to anyone. However, the office situation has gotten so bad that I may be looking for a new physician shortly. It is impossible to schedule appointments. The office staff is often times rude and unaccommodating. I wait forever when I make an appointment. It's impossible to leave messages because the office staff never picks up and there is no voice message service. Something has to change.

Had problems with office staff follow through more than twice with prescrition. Needed them to appeal to my insurance company for authorization on my medicine, only for them to say it had been denied on the second appeal. After calling my insurance it was never requested by the Dr. or the staff. Also asked about other optional medication that could help out in lou of declined meds only have the staff say,(Nothing Available). You would think some kinda resolution or advice from the Dr. Quack!

Dr Zamani spends time with us and is very through. We love him!
