Lacks experience, knowledge, empathy, abandons pts
I did not choose this practitioner and I strongly advise against anyone else choosing to see her. My care was transferred to her when my Dr. in the same Bayview group moved away. After my first appt. with her, she took me off my 20 yr long, effective and affordable medication regimen and put me on a new medication because she said all my other Drs. from the past 20 yrs were prescribing it wrong...even those at Bayview! As a result, I went from paying a 30.00 monthly med copay to paying 401.00 cash for this one new med, which is not covered by BCBS AND does not work. She failed to consider drug interactions with my current meds, so I have been sick from this new med. She is insulting, condescending, discriminatory based on age ...she referred to me as a geriatric patient. I am 58...She does not return phone calls post 48 hrs. For the 3rd time now, I will have to drive to her office to get any response from her or her staff for multiple unanswered voice mails.
