Doctor on vacation and leaves you stranded
Dr. Hegde needs to have a standing physician when he is on vacation. When you make an appointment Tele-med, he calls hours earlier than the scheduled time. The font desk does not respond to emails. Patrick is super nice, Nicole is nice but lacks phone etiquette. I have had several issues when a RX is sent to the pharmacy and needs a prior authorization. Twice now I have been stuck without being able to pick up a RX because Dr. Hegde is on vacation and the front desk isn't responsible for his patients. I feel sorry for them. I know it's not their fault.

If you want a doctor to be honest and not sugar coat anything, he’s your guy. Dr. Hegde knows his stuff. I trust him completely - 100% recommended.

Never spent more than 15 minutes with me, acted personally offended when I asked him to help me fill out paperwork for my school's learning/disability center. Literally told me "My front office usually handles this, I don't do this, I don't have time." Continually upped the dose of my medication even though I didn't feel any better and wanted to try something else. Would randomly disappear for weeks at a time on vacation. Also very "touchy feely" despite all his unfriendliness.
