Do not see Dr. Desai if you require a local for an IUD. She is insensitive to women who have never had children.

Simply fantastic! Dr Desai is caring and very personable. She listened to my concerns and addressed each concern that I had quickly and efficiently. Her office staff have been polite and have returned my calls promptly. I can tell that they care about their patients and go out of their way to help in every way that they can. I would highly recommend Dr Desai!

Dr Desai took my concerns very seriously and that resulted in finding a condition that suggested surgery to avoid possible serious issues in the future. She is very current in her knowledge and has helped me immensely. My previous physician was out of date about handling osteoporosis medication. I highly recommend Dr. Desai

I went to see Dr. Desai with a request every other doctor disregarded due to my age. She was extremely personable, listened to me and worked with me to find the best treatment possible. After the procedure, I had very little recovery time before I was up and moving with no pain at all. She is an amazing doctor. I recommend her to everyone.

My appointment with her was a huge waste of time. She dismissed my concerns and acted like I was being too dramatic or that my pain was all in my head. I had to look for a different doctor and finally found one who was willing to do the exploratory surgery I needed. The new doctor found and removed SEVERE endometriosis all over my abdomen, which proved that it wasn't all in my head. But because Dr. Desai didn't take me seriously, I had to suffer in pain MUCH longer than I should have.

Dr Desai is very novice doctor. She talked very nicely but her treatment didn't work at all. On top of that, she did paps test for me, even though I said no as my insurance didn;t cover it. There was no need of that for problem I visited her. During doing the paps she didn't know how to do and called upon the nurse to help. It was awkward! I will never visit her again.

I had to have an unexpected hysterectomy due to an Essure migration. Dr. Desai was awesome. Her knowledge and bedside manner is exceptional! She arrived on time for surgery (most doctors don't), and explained everything clearly. After surgery she let the nurses know when she would be checking in on me and she showed up at that time! She didn't leave until all questions were answered. She also made sure the nurses had discharge papers ready to go when I was ready to leave.

She took great care of me when I was diagnosed with bowenoid papulosis. She immediately had a plan and called after my surgery to check on me. She has great bedside manner also.
