I had a great experience. This company was well organized, efficient, and provided great service. They followed up with me almost everyday seeing if I needed any questions answered after the surgery was completed.

Very professional office during the entire process which is a few months for implants. I actually had a robot perform my implant but Dr. Malik and his team were very attentive and explained every detail of the process to me. I have no complaints about the services received. Would recommend Dr. Malik and his team!

This implant was so smooth with the Robot compared to previous implants I have had elsewhere. The staff is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Malik. The staff and Dr. Malik were all wonderful to me. I had to have three extractions (one of which was a crown with screw). I had to drive myself, so I had to go without anesthesia - just the shots. I was very nervous and Dr. Malik was very understanding and let me know exactly what was going on. I couldn't believe how fast he told me they were all out! 3 extractions and a bone graft! Again, I highly recommend for both ability and "chairside" manner!

I had a tooth extracted and it was a very quick and easy experience. Dr. Malik was easy going and pleasant to talk to before, during, and after my extraction.

Unfortunately, my wisdom tooth incision site got infected. Whatever I understand this is a risk of any medical procedure. My problem is how it was addressed. One side of my face blew up and was throbbing in pain on a Thursday. After calling Dr. Maliks office, I was informed I wouldn't be seen until Monday. 4 days away. 4 days of my face blown up and throbbing in pain. Dr. Malik didn't even speak to me on the phone giving me any reassurance whatsoever. So I was left to google to figure out my own prognosis. Well that took about 10 minutes to be terrifying. Luckily my primary doctor squeezed me into his busy schedule for the day and prescribed me antibiotics. It is inescapable truth that my infection came from this surgical procedure. It's not Dr. Malik's fault that my face got infected but I had hoped he would have taken better care of his patient that developed a complication from his own work. A lot of busy doctors make time for their patients, so don't settle when it comes to health!

Dr. Malik and staff are absolutely awesome. Everyone at the front desk is extremely helpful, courteous and attentive. Dr. Malik listened to my concerns and was an excellent oral surgeon performing my extraction with no complications. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for oral surgery and care.

He misdiagnosed my son. Performed unnecessary procedure. We went back because the abscess came back 3 days later after procedure. He pretty much washed his hands from it. never returned dentist's calls to see what it could be. We were worried sick. Another Dr. said it was the molar that Dr. Malik had removed 9 month before developed a gap, and my son needed a bone graph. I wish Dr. Malik would take his time looking at x-rays he takes, especially when we asked if it was related to that molar.

Had to have a wisdom tooth out and was worried about the procedure. Dr. Malik recommended local anesthesia only, which made me even more nervous. The day of the extraction came and he was extremely patient with me and walked me through what I would feel/hear before doing something. The staff was great as well. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Malik.

I'd say it was over before I even knew it. Great chair side manner. Although he was very good, I hope I can keep the rest of my teeth. ????

Bottom line is they billed 2 insurance companies for the same procedure. They were paid a total that exceeded the amount of that procedure and they were still billing me for a CT scan that I never authorized & surely would not have agreed to if I had been told it was $650.00 and not covered by insurance. Their billing department is unresponsive to messages and argumentative and unprofessional in conversations with clients.

Dr Malik was very nice to my son who has Autism . He made us very comfortable we were really nervous My son had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and he made my son not be nervous. thank you Dr. Malik
