I cannot say enough- she is wonderful!!
I LOVE Dr. Reddy and would never want to see another Dermatologist- ever!! Her and her staff have stepped above and beyond to get me the medication I needed which cured my Eczema! They had to jump through some hoops to get this done! This $4,000 medication ended up costing me $0 which is amazing! She also gave me some samples to start me off! They went above and beyond for me to get the drug company to give this specialty medication with their “copay” card. I am entirely grateful and blessed having Dr. Shruthi Reddy on my side!

She killed my joints
Went to this dermatologist when I was in 7th grade. I had some acne and my mom took me to the dermatologist and she was my doctor. She had little consideration for anything I had to say and recommended me instantly for acutane and my mom agreed to it. Sometime into a month into treatment my joints started to decay to the point in wich I could barely walk stand and move around just like a 70 year old man. Symptoms persisted for a week called the doctor and she said just to push through it, super negligent. I hopped off after that week but ever since my joints have been horrible and constantly getting tweaked and injured as I play many sports such as football and track and also serious weightlifting. That stuff has made me crippled to this day and made my life miserable all due to the poor judgment of dr ready. What is so frustrating is that I was so young. Never go to this doctor, she should be fired and prosecuted for her actions.

A Waste of Time to Visit
I should have checked the online reviews before making the appointment. The doctor spent about 3 minutes, was in and out. Literally only took a casual glance. I tried to discuss treatment options but was brushed off. I was referred to a beauty salon type of establishment downstairs. After the visit, the insurance paid $44 and I was to pay $115 for the 3 minutes, which was billed as '30~44 mins Office Visit'. Although the doctor was in-network, my insurance decides on the amount of co-pay based on the overall quality and reputation of the doctors. For this doctor, the insurance is only willing to pay $44 thus the higher co-pay. Not recommended.

Negative experience
I was a patient of Dr Reddy For many years and she helped me with a chronic non cancerous condition. However, when one of the procedures did not have the usual out come she just kept making excuses and eventually blew me off to another doctor instead of speaking confidently to me with options

I would not recommend Dr Reddy. She is dismissive, constantly interrupting and does not actually care enough to get your feedback. I will look for someone that is more professional in their patient management and cares enough to build a proper case summary and recommendation based on the information provided by patient and not just in advancing the business for Dupage Heath! Health Care is not just a business even if you are in the Dermatology department.

Her office said they would sent a reminder call for appointments. They schedule a month ahead. So they ever called me to remind me. Being on a schedule. Lesson learned. Never believe they ll call. I missed my appointments. 3 of them in a yr. And now they wont see me. Thanks for not having grace with a former patient.
