Endless waiting and lack of communication
Currently I have been waiting since February to get to see this doctor. My appointments have been canceled 3 different times, and I was told in June that I can only see the doctor via telehealth some time in December 2022. My scheduled thyroid ultrasounds were "rescheduled" 4 times before they finally referred me out to Advanced Imaging. That appointment was 2 weeks ago and I still have yet to hear from Dr. Mishra on the results. To be fair, she was not my original doctor. Dr. Niang left the practice to go to Clovis Community, and I would still be with him (amazing doctor with great bedside manner!) if his new practice accepted my current insurance (which they say they are working on as of 8.2.2022). So I understand that the 2 physicians left at Dr. Mishra's practice had to absorb an entire patient load. But please communicate to us with alternatives to your practice. I'm trying to find a new doctor who can help me and I am not having any luck.

Unacceptable!
Unless you want to wait a year to have your appointment canceled because the doctor can’t see you on time don’t even bother scheduling with this doctor. She said her office are unsympathetic to the patients needs.
