Dr. Shoudu Zeng, MD

Dr Zeng does his own paperwork, so when a patient walks in, his first order of business is consistently to confirm payment of co-pay. Not a great opener. He was not warm or caring. He asked about medication side effects, asked how much of my medication(s) I needed, filled out the scripts on his computer, made a follow up appt and then sent me on my way. Appts were generally five to ten minutes long. His manner of speech feels robotic and ranges from loud to very loud. He didn't know hot to submit proper paperwork to insurance company and on several occasions raised his voice with me and with insurance company representatives. I didn't feel like he understood me and I did not trust him to make informed decisions about my medical care. If you have a medication that you already know works for you, and what you are looking for is a prescriber with availability in his schedule who offers short appts so that you can get your script and leave, Dr. Zeng will be helpful.

all he cares about is his co pay, he does not listen, he rushes you and writes what you ask for. he does not care about his patients at all

This doctor speaks broken English, and understands little. I was literally given a sheet of paper and told to pick the medication I wanted. He could not or would not advise on what I should take based on the symptoms I was having with my current medications.

This Dr. is all about money and talks more than he listens. I received no feedback or help with my problem and current plan. Bad doctor. Please look at the rating before wasting your time on this doctor.

He is approachable, good listener, and available when you need him.

I would recommend Dr. Zeng to any parent who is looking for help for their son or daughter. He knows a great deal about the psychiatric medications that he may prescribe. He is easy to get in touch with which is always a plus.

I find it very easy to talk to Dr. Zeng. His office is very nice and I find it easy to relax and unwind there and talk about any problems I might have. He listens and offers help from his extensive experience.

He is easy to get in touch with either by email or by phone. His response time is pretty quick. He knows a lot and he has helped me tremendously.

Dr, Zeng gave me back my wife. She was very depressed and also suffered from paranoia. Dr. Zeng worked compassionately and with great kindness in bringing my wife back from the brink. Now we are on a maintenance schedule and my wife is enjoying a normal life. Without Dr. Zeng we would never have reached this level of normalcy. Dr. Zeng was always there for us no matter when we called for help. Dr. Zeng is an absolutely wonderful doctor.
