Dr. Shoshannah Pollack, MD

I was ref. to Dr. Pollack Through a trusted family member. After reading some of her reviews I was not sure what to expect honestly. Dr. Pollack was straight to the point. accurate. precise. and possibly the most honest Dr. I have ever met. what she may lack on the surface in comforting bedside manner she makes up for tenfold with honesty, truth. and above all else compassion. I had a melanoma on my leg that she removed immediately. Without question and without pause, Dr. Pollack saved my life. I hope this review can in some way honor the incredible kindness and caring I received from Dr. Pollack and her Receptionist Rita, for which I am forever grateful. If you are in need of care, and a Dr. that tells the truth, look no further. -CC

NO Bedside Manner. Not comforting at all and a bit rude. Reminded me a strict Catholic School Teacher

We made an appointment with Dr. Pollack for our 17 years old daughter one month in advance, provided all her info, the secretary called back to confirm. one day prior. My daughter went to see the doctor yesterday and she was refused the appointment because she was not accompanied by an adult. We never were told that we need to come with her. When my wife called the receptionist, the rudest person ever, she called my daughter an idiot and said don't come here.

This doctor is terrible. Total waste of time. Find someone that cares and someone that knows what they're doing. Her attitude showed she didn't care about patients much. In my opinion she isn't a very good doctor either. We Took our son there when he was 16 and was having a terrible outbreak of acne. Her response was that the acne wasn't bad but he must be suffering from emotional issues. Of course he has emotional issues you idiot!!!! That's what acne does to a teenager.

Not impressed at all with this doctor. Was rude not only to us but to out 12 year old daughter. Treatment was not helpful and did not have patience to answer questions. Total waste of time

Have been going to Dr.Pollack for many years. I recently moved from Wayne but made the 60 mile trip back for my examination.Dr. Pollock is very thorough and always gives advice to keep from having skin issues. I plan to keep going to her office in the future.
