Dr. Shonalatha Sudarshan, MD

Long wait times. She does not communicate well. I felt like she did not know what to do with me. Never gave a diagnosis. I found it in the portal. When she leaves the treatment room she is finished with you. Never asks if I have any concerns or questions. I have low confidence in her.

Very disappointing. Dr. Mrs. Sudarshan is very pleasant, thorough, and seems to have a genuine concern for the patient. However unfortunately the office staff is terrible!! I don’t know if they must search for the lowest cost employees but this office exhibits no organization or professionalism at all. Voicemails to the nurse and emails in portal go ignored and unanswered. The billing office is incapable of keeping up with insurance and patient accounts. One hand seems completely unaware of the other. Poor medical and administrative staffing makes it impossible to feel like you are being properly monitored or cared for. It’s a shame as I did like this physician.

I visited Dr. (Mrs.) Sudarshan for cardiac clearance prior to back surgery. She did a thorough job of evaluation in a timely manner. She is highly regarded for her skills and bedside manner. She and her husband have treated my parents for many years.
