the worst stay away bad news

After my initial visit I am contemplating switching doctors. Extremely uncaring and does not know how to talk to her patients. After reviewing how poorly my numbers were, she had the nerve to ask me why am I here when I obviously don't care about my health. The nurse that works with her, Gina, was super sweet. She made me feel so welcome and the way she talked to me I thought I had finally found a place where I would enjoy coming to figure out how to take better care of myself. Dr Ishaq made me realize why my numbers stay high ... it's because of doctors like her. The uncaring manner in which she spoke to me, the condescending tone which made me feel like I was a kid being scolded is the reason I will be finding a new doctor ASAP.

Dr Ishaq does not seem to have any concern for her patients..... She does not refill prescriptions even though the pharmacist places many requests and this happen repeatedly. I had an appointment with her which required and MRI. I completed all of the requirements she requested. When I showed up for my appointment, I was informed she was not in the office and had not been there in over a month. I never received a call informing me that my appointment was canceled. I did however, receive a call the day before reminding me of my appointment and what time I should show up. Not only does this Doctor not care about her patients.... the office is totally incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

If there is any less stars for the review — I would rate it 0. Waste of my time she didn’t tell me anything that my general practitioner doctor didn’t tell me already. Just waiting for that bill and as a specialist I’m blown away how useless this appointment was and that I waste my time and money on this. What is she getting paid for?

The worst dr I’ve been. To .After waiting 3 months it was canceled and another spp in 2 months.Got my labs and nobody called me. Another app. For the follow up.. again canceled!...The dr is rude... no eye contact and condescending... stay away dont lose your time??

Dr. Ishaq is a wonderful doctor, she is very through and answers all my questions.

She's a no frills, no mess, straight forward doctor. No sugar coating the truth. If a patient follows her advice and does what they are supposed to do, she will help you get better. She helps me. She's helped me. She listens to me and gives me intelligent feedback on my questions. I'm doing much better as her patient than before I started with her. I have auto-immune Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

Dr. Ishaq has been my doctor for about 3 years, she was and has been the only doctor that was able to manage to control my thyroid. She is an excellent doctor as well as a human being. I wouldn’t change her for nothing to the point that I travel 2 hours to go see her. Also she has a very nice and understanding staff. I want to THANK Dr. Ishaq and her staff, you guys are wonderful!

He bedside manner leaves much to be desired. She knows what's she talking about it but seems very bored to share it. She definitely acts like her time is more important than yours. I would look for someone else to treat me if I had to do it all over again. Also, as a new patient I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment!!

First visit to the office, was a 3.5 hour wait. One of the staff members was so incredibly rude, I was disgusted. I had lab work done from my first visit in December. I called several times for the results as I was instructed to do. I was told the Doctor will give me a call, she is the only one that can discuss my abnormal results. A month later, I called to see what was going on and apparently they had so much going on, it slipped her mind to call. I've never been so mistreated as a patient

dr.Isgaq is not the problem, is her staff, they don't call when the dr is not going to be there, even thought they provide you with a paper with your next appointment they still argue with you about your appointment not being on that day, they are not friendly or helpful until you loose your temper, no customer service skills what so ever

I'm a diabetic patient and Dr. Shmaila is helping me to control it. She is the best.

She was pleasant, informative, direct. Put 20 year old patient at ease. Took time to answer all questions. We had many. Followed through right away to collaborate with other professionals on case. Have no qualms about recommending her. Well worth the relatively short wait.
