If I could leave less then one star I would. He wrote an IME so ridiculous I laughed reading it. But jokes on him he assumed about my family medical history and was dead wrong. He assumed about a few things that were all wrong and will be proved in court. If you see this doctor know two things. He cares more about the gum on his shoe then you and he only wants money. This is a bad doctor who I will be reporting to the state Bad man worse doctor. Run now.

i have been in IT over 20 years and have carpal tunnel. Dr. Mandel said my carpal tunnel is not work related. it is because of my age (61) and uhm well my build... wth i gained 30 lbs because of carpal tunnel I can't lift, open jars, cut watermelon, my life quality sucks. I am upset i trusted the system to work and postponed surgery for workman comp decision. i am paying for surgery myself because i have to have this fixed. i just hope i do not have nerve damage for postponing. i have never missed a day of work. have come in with my arm in a sling taking pain pills and always worked. i was only asking to have the surgery nothing more.

This doctor is a quack, has no credibility in his field. He is an insurance company doctor whose allegiance is to them, not to the patient he is evaluating. I had a most traumatic experience when I was evaluated by him after a work related injury. A healthy fit person, never sick, no previous back problems, I was truly injured and this pathetic excuse for a professional, concluded that I was not injured. After that I had trouble trusting that any doctor would help me get well.

He confirmed that I did IN-DEED had an injury to my shoulder but yet said I could return to full duty and stop having P.T. How does that make sense? I thought doctors lived by a code "to do NO harm." These doctors that work for the worker's comp should have their licenses taken away! They are not there for the injured employee.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mandel for over 15 years and every time I am referred to him he was very knowledgeable of my condition. I have to admit I was in bad shape He took the time to explain to me my situation and referred my to a surgeon when needed. Attitude plays a big part, for he's a no nonsense Dr. He weeds out the fakers. I love him, he's one of the best.

Honestly have not met a doctor more rude or uncaring about a patient. I literally got into an argument with him about my issues I was having. Absolutely useless doctor who does not appear to want to work anymore or like his job after all these years....Henry Ford should weed guys like this out of the system.

Rude, short, abrupt. This doctor wouldn't give patient a chance to talk and didn't want to hear about patients symptoms or concerns. Doctor Mandel talked over patient and already made up his mind how he wanted to treat patient.
